【摘要】：在氣候危機(jī)和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的雙重背景下,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)步入了“低碳時(shí)代”。而今年春季我國大部分區(qū)域遭遇了嚴(yán)重的霧霾天氣和空氣污染,也促使“低碳”成為了全國人民關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)之一,“低碳金融”亦日益升溫。 本文以湖南地區(qū)的銀行職員為對(duì)象,采取問卷調(diào)查方式獲取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究了銀行職員的碳金融認(rèn)知度及其影響因素,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：①銀行職員對(duì)碳金融的認(rèn)知情況不容樂觀,大多數(shù)受訪者對(duì)《京都議定書》、“赤道銀行”以及清潔發(fā)展機(jī)制(CDM)的了解相當(dāng)有限；②各種媒體的報(bào)道是受訪者獲知碳金融的主要渠道,而專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)以及實(shí)踐這三種渠道對(duì)碳金融信息推廣的貢獻(xiàn)度還不夠；③單因素方差分析得出受訪者的學(xué)歷、職務(wù)和職稱三個(gè)因素對(duì)碳金融認(rèn)知度的影響十分顯著；④回歸分析說明職稱因素對(duì)《京都議定書》的認(rèn)知度產(chǎn)生了顯著影響,不同職務(wù)的受訪者對(duì)《京都議定書》和CDM的認(rèn)知度顯著不同,財(cái)務(wù)部、信貸部與其他部門的受訪者對(duì)“赤道銀行”和CDM的認(rèn)知度有顯著差異等。最后,文章結(jié)尾處從政府、銀行以及企業(yè)加強(qiáng)宣傳和推廣“低碳”意識(shí),促進(jìn)我國低碳理念的建立等方面提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Against the backdrop of the climate crisis and the economic crisis, the world economy has entered a "low-carbon era". This spring, most of our country suffered from severe haze weather and air pollution. It also makes low-carbon finance become one of the hotspots of national people's attention, and low-carbon finance is also heating up day by day. This paper takes the bank staff in Hunan as the object, obtains the relevant data by questionnaire, and empirically studies the carbon finance cognition of the bank staff and its influencing factors. The study found that the perception of carbon finance among the bank staff at 1 / 1 was not optimistic. Most respondents' knowledge of the Kyoto Protocol, Equator Bank and the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) CDMs is quite limited. 2 various media reports are the main sources of access to carbon finance and major learning. The contribution of training and practice to the promotion of carbon finance information is not enough. The influence of the three factors of position and title on the recognition of carbon finance is very significant. The regression analysis shows that the professional title has a significant influence on the recognition of the Kyoto Protocol. Interviewees in different positions had significantly different perceptions of the Kyoto Protocol and the CDM, while those in the Finance Department, the Credit Department and other departments had significant differences in their perceptions of Equator Bank and CDM. Finally, the article ended with the government. Banks and enterprises should strengthen propaganda and promotion of "low carbon" consciousness, promote the establishment of low-carbon concept in China, and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
