【摘要】：自2005年7月人民幣匯率形成機制改革以來,人民幣匯率雙向波動幅度不斷增大,引起匯率波動的不確定性因素增加,國內(nèi)外匯金融機構(gòu)和相關(guān)企業(yè)面臨更加復(fù)雜的匯率環(huán)境,迫切需要完善的外匯衍生品市場來管理匯率風(fēng)險。然而,國內(nèi)外匯衍生品市場運行現(xiàn)狀與廣大外貿(mào)企業(yè)規(guī)避匯率風(fēng)險的潛在需求相矛盾,并且也違背我國建立外匯衍生品市場的初衷,特別是廣西外匯衍生品市場發(fā)展相對滯后,無法有效滿足匯率風(fēng)險管理的全部需要。 廣西外匯衍生品市場起步較晚。中國人民銀行啟動人民幣匯率形成機制改革以來,廣西外匯衍生品市場開始進(jìn)入發(fā)展的快車道,經(jīng)歷了從小到大,從少到多,從不規(guī)范到逐漸規(guī)范的發(fā)展歷程,并且取得了一定的成效。但是與發(fā)達(dá)國家、地區(qū)相比,廣西外匯衍生品市場無論是交易規(guī)模還是交易品種等都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后,不能滿足區(qū)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟、金融發(fā)展的需要。隨著外匯衍生品市場在廣西涉外經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位和作用越來越重要,必須采取相應(yīng)的措施,加快廣西外匯衍生品市場的發(fā)展速度�；诖�,本調(diào)研報告以廣西外匯衍生品市場為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計分析法等研究方法,從區(qū)內(nèi)市場運行現(xiàn)狀入手,分析廣西外匯衍生品市場存在的主要問題,從而得出調(diào)研結(jié)論和相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since July 2005, the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism reform, two-way fluctuations of the RMB exchange rate is increasing, due to exchange rate volatility increases the uncertainty factors, domestic and foreign financial institutions and related enterprises are facing a more complex environment is an urgent need to improve the exchange rate, foreign exchange derivatives market to manage exchange rate risk. However, the potential demand to avoid exchange rate risk status of domestic foreign exchange derivatives the market and the majority of foreign trade enterprises are contradictory, and also against the establishment of foreign exchange derivatives market in our country in mind, especially in Guangxi foreign exchange derivatives market development is lagging behind, unable to effectively meet all the needs of the exchange rate risk management.
Guangxi foreign exchange derivatives market started late. Since the founding of the people's Bank of China launched RMB exchange rate formation mechanism reform, Guangxi foreign exchange derivatives market began to enter the fast track of development, has experienced from small to large, from less to more, from standard to development gradually standardized, and achieved certain results. But compared with the developed countries and regions, the Guangxi foreign exchange both the size of the transaction or the derivatives market transaction varieties are far behind, can not meet the needs of regional economic and financial development. And with the effect of foreign exchange derivatives market position in Guangxi foreign economic development in the increasingly important, we must take appropriate measures to speed up the development of Guangxi's foreign exchange derivatives market. Based on this, this research report to the Guangxi foreign exchange derivatives market as the research object, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, statistical analysis and other research methods, from the region Starting with the current situation of market operation, this paper analyzes the main problems in the foreign exchange derivatives market in Guangxi, and draws the conclusions and relevant policy suggestions.
