【摘要】：資產(chǎn)證券化自誕生以來為其發(fā)源地美國的金融市場發(fā)展注入了新的活力并做出了巨大貢獻,而反觀我國的資產(chǎn)證券化發(fā)展卻起步較晚、道路曲折。但隨著近年來我國資本市場的不斷放開以及監(jiān)管政策的不斷出臺,我國的資產(chǎn)證券化在美國次貸危機造成的發(fā)展真空期之后終于又迎來了一個嶄新的發(fā)展階段。特別是證監(jiān)會監(jiān)管框架下的企業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化產(chǎn)品,在監(jiān)管層的大力推動下,發(fā)展勢頭逐年攀升,發(fā)行數(shù)量與金額規(guī)模日益擴大,并有望在未來幾年進入更加快速的發(fā)展軌道。所以本文選擇了企業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化產(chǎn)品作為研究對象,在對資產(chǎn)證券化的基本理論與概念進行總結(jié)概括的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國企業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀做了簡要的梳理和分析,并重點以產(chǎn)品設(shè)計為切入點,結(jié)合實際案例對我國企業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的操作流程進行了詳細(xì)具體的分析闡述,最終結(jié)合筆者找出的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中所存在的問題針對今后如何推動我國企業(yè)資產(chǎn)證券化產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Asset securitization has injected new vitality and made great contribution to the development of financial market in the United States since it was born, but the development of asset securitization in China started relatively late. The road is tortuous. However, with the opening of the capital market and the introduction of regulatory policies in recent years. China's asset securitization finally ushered in a new development stage after the development vacuum period caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, especially the enterprise asset securitization products under the supervision of CSRC. Driven by the supervision level, the momentum of development is rising year by year, and the amount of issuance and the amount of money are expanding day by day. And it is expected to enter a more rapid development track in the next few years. Therefore, this paper chooses enterprise asset securitization products as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the basic theory and concept of asset securitization. This paper briefly combs and analyzes the development course and present situation of asset securitization products of enterprises in China, and focuses on product design as the breakthrough point. Combined with practical cases, the operating process of the product design of asset securitization in China is analyzed and elaborated in detail. Finally, some suggestions on how to promote the development of enterprise asset securitization products in China are put forward according to the problems in product design.
