【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理理論已廣泛應(yīng)用于社會(huì)的各個(gè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域,尤其是在工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目或大型綜合項(xiàng)目中。而在企業(yè),以提升企業(yè)管理水平為目標(biāo)而實(shí)施企業(yè)管理項(xiàng)目,其產(chǎn)品往往是無(wú)形的,項(xiàng)目管理人員也傾向于使用傳統(tǒng)管理理論作為指導(dǎo),從而忽略了項(xiàng)目的臨時(shí)性和獨(dú)特性特征。因此,在企業(yè)管理類項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理理論來(lái)指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,能夠補(bǔ)充傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)管理理論的不足,令項(xiàng)目結(jié)果更加滿意。 本文以業(yè)務(wù)管理提升項(xiàng)目為例,以項(xiàng)日質(zhì)量管理的工作過(guò)程為導(dǎo)向,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的理論和方法,從項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量量?jī)蓚�(gè)方面探討如何做好項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作 在項(xiàng)目質(zhì)最方而,論述了業(yè)務(wù)管理提升項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容、質(zhì)量保證體系的設(shè)計(jì),分階段探討了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量事前、事中、事后的控制措施,從而有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的全而質(zhì)量管理；在項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理方而,針對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)管理提升項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品屬于無(wú)形產(chǎn)品的特征,提出了以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法,將項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)細(xì)化到每項(xiàng)工作中去,對(duì)細(xì)分工作制定定性和定量的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過(guò)一系列質(zhì)量管理措施,提升各項(xiàng)細(xì)分工作的質(zhì)量指標(biāo),從而提升項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。 通過(guò)本論文的研究,為企業(yè)管理類項(xiàng)日中有效運(yùn)用以質(zhì)量計(jì)劃為核心,以質(zhì)量保證體系為基礎(chǔ),以質(zhì)量控制為保障,質(zhì)量控制與質(zhì)量改進(jìn)相結(jié)合的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論和方法,提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Project management theory has been widely used in various fields of society, especially in engineering projects or large-scale integrated projects. But in the enterprise, to improve the enterprise management level and implement the enterprise management project, its product is often invisible, the project manager also tends to use the traditional management theory as the guidance, Thus ignoring the temporary and unique features of the project. Therefore, the application of project management theory to practice in enterprise management projects can supplement the shortcomings of traditional enterprise management theories and make the project results more satisfactory. This article takes the business management promotion project as an example, takes the item day quality management work process as the direction, uses the project quality management theory and the method, From two aspects of project quality and project product quality, this paper discusses how to do the project quality management well in the project quality management, and discusses the objectives and contents of the business management to improve the project quality management, and the design of the quality assurance system. This paper discusses the control measures of project quality in advance, during and after the project quality in stages, so as to effectively realize the full quality management of the project, and in the project product quality management party, to promote the characteristics of the project product belonging to the intangible product in view of the business management, This paper puts forward a goal-oriented quality evaluation method, classifies the project objectives into each work, formulates qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators for subdivision work, and promotes the quality indexes of each subdivision work through a series of quality management measures. In order to improve the quality of the project products. Through the research of this paper, we can effectively use the theory and method of project quality management, which is based on quality plan, based on quality assurance system, and combined with quality control and quality improvement.
