【摘要】：當(dāng)前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),我國已將"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"作為國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。但近20年的發(fā)展,我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)隱患日益凸顯。因此,應(yīng)盡早解決可變利益實(shí)體(VIE)問題,堵住外資大規(guī)模間接流入缺口;改善互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的融資環(huán)境,擴(kuò)大資金供給;界定數(shù)據(jù)主權(quán),保護(hù)國家數(shù)據(jù)安全;促進(jìn)競爭,防止互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的外資壟斷。通過上述措施有效化解外資控股我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的隱患。
[Abstract]:At present , the Internet industry has become the basic industry of the economic development , China has made the Internet + as the national development strategy . But in recent 20 years , the hidden danger of capital structure of Internet enterprises in our country has become more and more prominent . Therefore , it is necessary to solve the problem of variable benefit entity ( VIEs ) as soon as possible , stop the large - scale indirect inflow gap of foreign capital , improve the financing environment of Internet innovation enterprise , expand capital supply , define data sovereignty , protect national data security , promote competition and prevent foreign investment monopoly in Internet service area .
