【摘要】：依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)以前所未有的速度在我國(guó)社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域快速蔓延滲透,產(chǎn)品共享、空間共享、知識(shí)技能共享、服務(wù)共享、金融共享、生產(chǎn)共享等多領(lǐng)域深度的共享發(fā)展層出不窮,共享平臺(tái)數(shù)量、參與人數(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)交易量與日俱增,導(dǎo)致對(duì)其監(jiān)管的缺失和不到位。完善共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的不足,亟需政府給予共享經(jīng)營(yíng)合法化支持,企業(yè)組織和社會(huì)公共服務(wù)的積極參與,同時(shí)政府也要加強(qiáng)對(duì)共享平臺(tái)交易的監(jiān)管,為共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:Relying on the rapid development of Internet information technology, sharing economy has spread rapidly in all fields of our society at an unprecedented speed, including product sharing, spatial sharing, knowledge and skill sharing, service sharing and financial sharing. Production sharing and other areas of deep sharing development is emerging in endlessly, the number of sharing platforms, the number of participants, business transactions are increasing, resulting in the lack of supervision and inadequate. In order to improve the development of sharing economy, it is urgent for the government to support the legalization of share management, the active participation of enterprise organizations and social public services, and at the same time, the government should also strengthen the supervision of trading on shared platforms. Protect the prosperity and development of the shared economy.
