信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者行為影響研究

【摘要】:隨著信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展和普及,信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模在世界范圍內(nèi)已上升至第二位,成為我國(guó)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中,信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)正在對(duì)人類(lèi)行為產(chǎn)生巨大的影響。知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者是信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的最主要用戶(hù),網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境作為知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的一種行為環(huán)境,會(huì)導(dǎo)致知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生偏移,近年的企業(yè)研究成果表明,在企業(yè)的核心成功因素中,人才占據(jù)最重要的地位。但是,目前我國(guó)知識(shí)型企業(yè)在管理方面還存在一定的問(wèn)題,不利于充分調(diào)動(dòng)知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的積極性和發(fā)揮其潛能。信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)大了知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的知識(shí)獲取范圍,使得人與人之間的聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密,在虛擬社會(huì)中會(huì)出現(xiàn)越來(lái)越多的以興趣為紐帶、以精神領(lǐng)袖為核心的新的“部落”;信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)開(kāi)拓了知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),提升了知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的社會(huì)資本。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的應(yīng)用,特別是社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,使得人與人之間的聯(lián)絡(luò)越來(lái)越頻繁,可以說(shuō)正是“偷菜”這樣的應(yīng)用,使知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者有機(jī)會(huì)聯(lián)系從前一直沉睡在地址簿中的老朋友;信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)與現(xiàn)實(shí)的資本信用相似的“輿論信用”,從而使那些對(duì)某一專(zhuān)題研究有真知灼見(jiàn)的人能夠因?yàn)檩^好地解決了跟隨者的問(wèn)題而獲得更多的支持和信任,,對(duì)于知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者本人而言,信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的有效應(yīng)用還可以提升凝聚在應(yīng)用者身上的傳統(tǒng)人力資本。 本文在梳理行為科學(xué)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及人力資本等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的分析方法,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,從知識(shí)型企業(yè)人力資源特征、知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者行為特征、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、引發(fā)行為變化機(jī)理等幾個(gè)方面分析了信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者行為的影響,試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)在提高勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì)與企業(yè)運(yùn)行效率方面的規(guī)律和方法,以更好地為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。 本文通過(guò)系統(tǒng)研究認(rèn)為:在信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的不同動(dòng)機(jī)會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同的行為,信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)會(huì)影響到知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的行為態(tài)度。信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠有效滿(mǎn)足知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者在工作、學(xué)習(xí)和社會(huì)交往方面的需要,并對(duì)知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的工作方式、知識(shí)獲取方式和人際交往方式產(chǎn)生了重要影響。知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者作為企業(yè)的核心人才,是提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素,對(duì)此,我們要正確看待信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)勞動(dòng)者行為的各種影響,要強(qiáng)化信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者的正面影響,弱化其負(fù)面影響,并通過(guò)建立起行之有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,激發(fā)知識(shí)型勞動(dòng)者應(yīng)用信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主動(dòng)性、積極性和創(chuàng)造性。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of the information network, the scale of the information industry has risen to the second place in the world, becoming the pillar industry of our country. In the current economic life, the information network is exerting a great influence on the human behavior. Knowledge worker is the most important user of information network. As a kind of behavior environment of knowledge worker, network environment will lead to the deviation of knowledge worker's motivation. Talent occupies the most important position in the core success factors of the enterprise. However, at present, there are still some problems in the management of knowledge enterprises in our country, which is not conducive to fully arousing the enthusiasm of knowledge workers and bringing their potential into full play. The information network has expanded the knowledge acquisition scope of the knowledge type laborer, makes the connection between the people closer and closer, will appear more and more new "tribes" with interest as the link and spiritual leader as the core in the virtual society; Information network develops the social network of knowledge workers and promotes the social capital of knowledge workers. The application of the network, especially the development of the social network, makes the contact between people more and more frequent. It can be said that it is such an application as "stealing vegetables", so that knowledge workers have the opportunity to contact old friends who have been sleeping in the address book; Information networks can also have "public opinion credit" similar to real capital credit, so that those who have insights into a particular topic can gain more support and trust by better addressing the problems of their followers. For the knowledge worker himself, the effective application of information network can also enhance the traditional human capital condensed in the applicator. On the basis of combing related theories such as behavioral science, network economics and human capital, this paper applies qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, combined with practical cases, to analyze the characteristics of human resources in knowledge-based enterprises. This paper analyzes the influence of information network on the behavior of knowledge workers from several aspects, such as the behavior characteristics of knowledge workers, the development trend of information networks, and the mechanism of behavior change. This paper attempts to find out the rules and methods of information network in improving the quality of workers and the efficiency of enterprises in order to better serve the economic and social development. In this paper, the author thinks that under the environment of information network, different motivations of knowledge workers will produce different behaviors, and the trend of the development of information network will influence the behavior attitude of knowledge workers. Information network can effectively meet the needs of knowledge workers in work, learning and social communication, and has an important impact on the working style, knowledge acquisition and interpersonal communication of knowledge workers. Knowledge workers, as the core talents of enterprises, are the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In view of this, we should correctly look at the influence of information networks on workers' behavior and strengthen the positive influence of information networks on knowledge workers. It weakens its negative influence and stimulates the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge workers in the application of information network by establishing an effective incentive mechanism.
