【摘要】：傳輸網(wǎng)絡是通信運營商運行的基礎支撐網(wǎng)絡。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,通信技術的進步和廣泛應用,廣大通信用戶對于各類通信的需求,也達到了新的高度,傳輸網(wǎng)絡的建設水平和運營水平對于整體通信網(wǎng)絡發(fā)展的瓶頸作用顯得日益突出,因此,推動傳輸網(wǎng)絡的規(guī)范建設和加強通信網(wǎng)絡的運營優(yōu)化成為通信運營商的當務之急。 本文描述了蘭州移動公司網(wǎng)絡運營三大環(huán)節(jié)傳輸維護、故障搶修、資源有效利用各種問題,深刻的分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因。在此背景下,引入業(yè)務流程再造、選址理論、信息化管理理論,并以這些理論為指導,進行傳輸網(wǎng)絡的運營優(yōu)化提升,最終達到減少網(wǎng)絡故障,提升網(wǎng)絡安全,為移動通信的發(fā)展保駕護航。 論文最后分析了在運營提升中可能存在的一些困難,和一些與之對應的解決方法和初步構(gòu)想,希望通過該項目的實施能夠引起各級管理人員的重視,讓管理提升深入人心,將運營管理的優(yōu)化作為一個長期發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:Transmission network is the basic supporting network for communication operators.With the rapid development of China's economy and the progress and wide application of communication technology, the vast number of communication users have reached a new level of demand for all kinds of communications.The construction level and operation level of transmission network are becoming increasingly prominent for the bottleneck of the development of the whole communication network. Therefore, it is urgent for the communication operators to promote the standard construction of the transmission network and enhance the operation optimization of the communication network.This paper describes the transmission and maintenance of three major links of network operation of Lanzhou Mobile Company, such as transmission and maintenance, fault repair, and efficient utilization of resources, and analyzes the causes of the problems deeply.Under this background, introduce business process reengineering, location theory, information management theory, and take these theories as the guidance, carry on the operation optimization promotion of the transmission network, finally reach to reduce the network fault, enhance the network security,Escort for the development of mobile communications.Finally, the paper analyzes some difficulties that may exist in the operation promotion, and some corresponding solutions and preliminary ideas. It is hoped that the implementation of the project can arouse the attention of managers at all levels and make the management promotion go deep into the hearts of the people.To optimize the operation management as a long-term development strategy.
