【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)融合是全球范圍內(nèi)的信息市場發(fā)展趨勢所在,中國信息市場新業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展如火如荼,三網(wǎng)融合是中國信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的重要部分。在中國信息新業(yè)務(wù)融合發(fā)展趨勢的過程中,以IPTV為代表的新型業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展日新月異,中國IPTV在滿足市場用戶需求的同時,給其發(fā)展帶來新機(jī)遇,但是也不可避免地遇到新生事物成長過程中的諸多問題。IPTV在其成長過程中應(yīng)該注意的發(fā)展策略,以及其可以借鑒的成長模式等事關(guān)能否確保其順利發(fā)展成長并且能夠獲得相應(yīng)市場份額、地位的重要因素。由此,本論文的選題是在此背景下展開的。 中國學(xué)者目前對于國內(nèi)IPTV業(yè)務(wù)的系統(tǒng)研究處于起步階段,中國IPTV市場發(fā)展理論研究幾近空白,再加上國內(nèi)信息市場固有的中國特色,無法照抄照搬國外(如歐美)等先進(jìn)國家和地區(qū)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,從一定程度上影響了中國IPTV業(yè)務(wù)的健康成長。故此,可以從某種意義上說,中國IPTV業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展過程無前可鑒,只有在探索中前進(jìn)。論文以管理學(xué)的視角為切入點(diǎn),引入經(jīng)濟(jì)分析模型,借助統(tǒng)計模型分析方法,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)的理論論述中國IPTV業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展過程中的(可能)問題及其對策,同時不失引用相關(guān)行業(yè)權(quán)威統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和參考借鑒國外同行經(jīng)驗?zāi)Ｊ?以期促進(jìn)中國IPTV產(chǎn)業(yè)的有序穩(wěn)健成長。 論文圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)/行業(yè)框架,引入現(xiàn)代信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的相關(guān)概念(如網(wǎng)絡(luò)外部性、產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟、委托代理等)于IPTV業(yè)務(wù)中,注重運(yùn)用實際的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和辯證的文字論述深度刻畫中國IPTV業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)一步統(tǒng)計分離/分析出中國IPTV發(fā)展成長所面臨的客觀因素和主觀因素,以量化的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理數(shù)理模型等推導(dǎo)出引起這些原因的深層因素,進(jìn)而得出進(jìn)一步的定性分析,提出可能的可行性應(yīng)對措施。 文中研究有別于已有對中國IPTV研究中主要使用的文字思辨性論述、近似模擬方法、模糊數(shù)學(xué)模型、隨機(jī)調(diào)查等方式,文中圍繞中國IPTV產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)理論分析、行業(yè)案例分析、第一手的最新權(quán)威統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)等多種方式分析探討其發(fā)展成長當(dāng)務(wù)之急。文中主要從中國IPTV市場發(fā)展環(huán)境、市場競爭行為、市場聯(lián)盟潛質(zhì)、組織激勵度量等幾個方面來探討,更多引入嚴(yán)格定義意義下的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理產(chǎn)業(yè)模型,減少包含歧義性的因素,有著邏輯性嚴(yán)密的推導(dǎo)過程,使得論文研究成果更具有真實性、可靠性。 文中還從管理體制和法律體系方面給出了對中國IPTV產(chǎn)業(yè)的管制創(chuàng)新建議。 總的來說,本文綜合運(yùn)用管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)、統(tǒng)計等學(xué)科的研究方法,注重理論結(jié)合實際,從行業(yè)環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展兩個系統(tǒng)層面,力圖為中國IPTV產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展成長探索了一些供參考的對策性行為措施,期望為中國IPTV的發(fā)展有可參考借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The integration of network services is the development trend of the information market in the world, and the new business of China's information market is in full swing. The integration of three networks is an important part of the strategic planning for the development of China's information industry.In the process of information new business convergence development trend in China, the new business development represented by IPTV changes with each passing day. IPTV in China not only meets the needs of market users, but also brings new opportunities to its development.However, it is inevitable to encounter many problems in the process of the growth of new things. The development strategy that IPTV should pay attention to in the process of growing up.The growth model which can be used for reference is an important factor to ensure its smooth development and gain the corresponding market share and position.Therefore, the topic of this paper is carried out under this background.At present, Chinese scholars are in the initial stage of systematic research on domestic IPTV business, and the theoretical research on the development of Chinese IPTV market is almost blank, in addition to the inherent Chinese characteristics of the domestic information market.It is impossible to copy the development experience of advanced countries and regions such as Europe and America, which influences the healthy growth of IPTV business in China to some extent.Therefore, in a sense, China IPTV business development process can not learn from, only in the exploration forward.From the perspective of management, this paper introduces the economic analysis model, with the help of statistical model analysis method, using the theory of industry science to discuss the (possible) problems and countermeasures in the process of IPTV business development in China.At the same time, reference to relevant industry authoritative statistical data and reference to foreign peer experience model, in order to promote the orderly and steady growth of China's IPTV industry.This paper introduces the concepts of modern information economics (such as network externality, industrial alliance, principal-agent, etc.) into IPTV business around the industry / industry framework.Pay attention to depict the current situation of IPTV business environment in China by using the actual statistical data and dialectical discourse, and further separate / analyze the objective and subjective factors of the development and growth of IPTV in China.Based on the quantitative mathematical model of economic management, the deep factors causing these reasons are deduced, and the further qualitative analysis is obtained, and the possible feasible countermeasures are put forward.This paper is different from the existing methods such as textual speculative argumentation, approximate simulation method, fuzzy mathematical model, random investigation and so on, which are mainly used in the research of IPTV in China. The paper uses industry theory to analyze the development status of China's IPTV industry.Industry case analysis, first-hand authoritative statistics and other ways to explore its development and growth urgent.This paper mainly discusses the market development environment, market competition behavior, market alliance potential, organizational incentive measurement and other aspects of China's IPTV market, and introduces more strictly defined economic management industry model to reduce the factors that contain ambiguity.There is a logical and rigorous derivation process, which makes the research results more authentic and reliable.The paper also gives some suggestions on the regulation and innovation of IPTV industry in China from the aspects of management system and legal system.In general, this paper synthetically applies the research methods of management, economy, statistics and other disciplines, pays attention to the combination of theory and practice, and from the two system levels of industry environment and industry development,This paper tries to explore some countermeasures for the development and growth of China's IPTV industry, and expects to be of reference significance for the development of China's IPTV.
