掙值法在M軟件項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:影響企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的核心因素,除了合理的經(jīng)營(yíng)外,還有企業(yè)項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)。項(xiàng)目掙值管理的本質(zhì)內(nèi)容,是對(duì)其時(shí)間成本以及資金投入進(jìn)行集成管理,科學(xué)的、合理的實(shí)施項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)公司目標(biāo)和持續(xù)性發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要素。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是一門即需要良好理論基礎(chǔ)更需要豐富實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的專業(yè),對(duì)于我國(guó)軟件公司來說,加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目管理研究和應(yīng)用是提高軟件研發(fā)項(xiàng)目成功的保障。本文研究目的是期望通過掙值分析的管理模式加強(qiáng)某項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理,提高項(xiàng)目的管理效益,增強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;同時(shí)對(duì)其他相類似的高科技企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理起到一定的參考作用。本文基于M項(xiàng)目當(dāng)前管理狀況,將國(guó)內(nèi)外涉及到掙值法的相關(guān)理論研究及成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)運(yùn)用到M項(xiàng)目的管理中,分析與項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度相關(guān)的直接或間接影響因素,并提出有針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)措施,優(yōu)化當(dāng)前使用的管理體系。優(yōu)化方案核心為通過掙值管理方法可以有效地綜合監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度,在研發(fā)項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)過程中使用掙值法,能夠?qū)?xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行合理控制,使得項(xiàng)目成功幾率大大提升。本文基于對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外掙值管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的深入學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)掙值法的機(jī)理及其具備的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。掙值管理能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r及其動(dòng)態(tài)變化,并對(duì)下一階段的績(jī)效水平進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),能夠在問題出現(xiàn)的初期及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決,是非常有效的進(jìn)度管理方法;陉P(guān)鍵路徑和時(shí)間量的進(jìn)度績(jī)效指標(biāo)改進(jìn);陉P(guān)鍵路徑和時(shí)間量改進(jìn)后的進(jìn)度偏差指標(biāo)SVPC(t)和改進(jìn)后的進(jìn)度績(jī)效指標(biāo)SPIPC(t)對(duì)于項(xiàng)目信息的反饋更加可辨,簡(jiǎn)潔和明確。基于項(xiàng)目時(shí)間優(yōu)先與成本優(yōu)先假定下的時(shí)間預(yù)測(cè)方法的改進(jìn)。分具體情況使用時(shí)間優(yōu)先預(yù)測(cè)公式和成本優(yōu)先預(yù)測(cè)公式,達(dá)到了不同項(xiàng)目情況合理運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理方法目的。提出了基于掙值法的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理實(shí)施保障措施。首先要根據(jù)不同的項(xiàng)目選用不同的掙值管理方法,其次要強(qiáng)化組織管理,再次應(yīng)該控制質(zhì)量成本,最后要激發(fā)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力。
[Abstract]:The core factors that affect the economic effect of an enterprise are not only the rational operation, but also the promotion of the enterprise project. The essential content of the project earned value management is the integrated management of its time cost and capital investment. The rational implementation of project schedule management is the key factor for enterprises to achieve the company's goals and sustainable development. Project schedule management is a professional that requires good theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. Strengthening the research and application of project management is the guarantee to improve the success of the software R & D project. The purpose of this paper is to enhance the schedule management of a project and improve the efficiency of the project management through the management mode of earned value analysis. To enhance the market competitiveness of the project; at the same time to other similar high-tech enterprises to play a certain role in project management. This paper based on the current situation of M project management, This paper applies the relevant theoretical research and successful experience related to earned value method to M project management, analyzes the direct or indirect influence factors related to project schedule, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. The core of the optimization scheme is that the project progress can be effectively monitored by the earned value management method, and the earned value method can be used in the process of R & D project advancement, so that the project progress can be controlled reasonably. This paper is based on the in-depth study of earned value management literature at home and abroad. The mechanism of earned value method and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Earned value management can monitor the current project progress and its dynamic changes in real time, and predict the performance level of the next stage. Be able to identify and solve problems in the early stages, Improvement of progress performance indicators based on critical path and amount of time; improvement of progress deviation index SVPCT based on critical path and time quantity; and improved progress performance indicator SPIPCT) for the project. The feedback of information is more discernible, Simplicity and clarity. Improvement of time forecasting methods based on project time priority and cost priority assumptions. Use time first forecasting formula and cost first forecasting formula for specific cases, The purpose of applying project management method to different project conditions is achieved. The project schedule management based on earned value method is put forward. Firstly, different earned value management methods should be selected according to different projects; secondly, organization management should be strengthened. Again, quality cost should be controlled, and finally project team combat effectiveness should be stimulated.
