【摘要】：隨著技術(shù)的不斷研發(fā)和升級換代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的功能運用越來越多,且覆蓋面越來越廣,從而促使網(wǎng)絡(luò)從以往單一的新聞功能、信息功能應(yīng)用日益拓展為通信功能、資訊功能、綜合服務(wù)功能和其它社會功能的全面應(yīng)用,網(wǎng)絡(luò)正在從媒體化加速向社會化和體系化轉(zhuǎn)變。網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展中呈現(xiàn)龐大的輿論生態(tài)市場、虛擬社會與現(xiàn)實社會之間的信息落差、網(wǎng)絡(luò)品格日益強烈和凸顯、網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理法規(guī)建設(shè)日益緊迫等新特點。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and upgrading of technology, the functions of the network are used more and more, and the coverage is more and more extensive, thus promoting the network from a single news function in the past, the application of information function is increasingly expanded to communication function, information function.With the comprehensive application of service function and other social functions, the network is changing from media to socialization and systematization.In the development of network, there is a huge public opinion ecological market, the information gap between the virtual society and the real society, the increasingly strong and prominent network character, the increasingly urgent construction of network governance laws and regulations, and so on.
