【摘要】：正中國(guó)寬帶發(fā)展聯(lián)盟日前發(fā)布報(bào)告顯示,今年一季度,我國(guó)移動(dòng)寬帶(3G和4G)用戶數(shù)累計(jì)達(dá)到10.4305億戶,較去年四季度提升4.2%,移動(dòng)寬帶普及率達(dá)到75.4%。報(bào)告認(rèn)為,以下幾項(xiàng)因素推動(dòng)了我國(guó)移動(dòng)寬帶加速普及:一是寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施能力不斷提升,4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)已全面覆蓋我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)各個(gè)地區(qū)。二是寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)接入速率不斷提高,政府主管部門推動(dòng)電信企業(yè)實(shí)施了多次寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)提速。三是在政府多種措施的促進(jìn)下,寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)的資費(fèi)水平不斷下降,今年3月,我
[Abstract]:According to a report released just before the China Broadband Development Alliance, the number of mobile broadband 3G and 4G subscribers in China reached 1.04305 billion in the first quarter of this year, an increase of 4.2 percent over the fourth quarter of last year, and the mobile broadband penetration rate reached 75.40.The report said, The following factors have contributed to the accelerated popularity of mobile broadband in China: first, the infrastructure of broadband networks has been continuously upgraded and 4G networks have comprehensively covered all parts of China's urban and rural areas; and second, the access rate of broadband networks has been continuously increasing. Government departments have pushed telecommunications companies to speed up broadband networks many times. Third, the tariff level of broadband networks has been declining under the promotion of various government measures. In March of this year, China's tariff level for broadband networks continued to decline.
