【摘要】:財(cái)務(wù)共享引入中國以來,隨著信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,財(cái)務(wù)共享由最初的人員流程集中演化為新時(shí)代的信息系統(tǒng)的集中,最終形成平臺(tái)化集管理、共享為一體的新型財(cái)務(wù)管理模式。本文中的POST公司為適應(yīng)不斷變化的外部監(jiān)管環(huán)境以及對會(huì)計(jì)信息質(zhì)量要求不斷提高的客觀需要,提高財(cái)務(wù)管理的規(guī)范效應(yīng)和協(xié)同效應(yīng),消除信息孤島,建立規(guī)范統(tǒng)一、信息準(zhǔn)確、高效運(yùn)作的財(cái)務(wù)管理與會(huì)計(jì)核算體系,通過信息化的閉環(huán)流程,在防范資金管控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的同時(shí)提高財(cái)務(wù)核算效率。POST公司財(cái)務(wù)共享平臺(tái)自2016年開始建設(shè)至今,整合各市公司的會(huì)計(jì)核算、資金結(jié)算、報(bào)告編報(bào)資源,建立財(cái)務(wù)共享平臺(tái),服務(wù)于各分公司、職能部室,為其提供規(guī)范的、統(tǒng)一的、專業(yè)的、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的會(huì)計(jì)信息、支撐,其中統(tǒng)一的會(huì)計(jì)核算、資金結(jié)算、票據(jù)管理等服務(wù)支撐,為全公司提供更專業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)服務(wù)。本文通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談的形式了解POST公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。通過分析財(cái)務(wù)共享管理的特征與優(yōu)勢,闡明財(cái)務(wù)共享優(yōu)勢的幾個(gè)方面:運(yùn)作成本降低,信息化流程使效率提高、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降低,信息共享更好的支持企業(yè)集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略決策。根據(jù)POST公司傳統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)問題及原因分析,設(shè)計(jì)POST公司財(cái)務(wù)共享平臺(tái)方案,論述可行性分析、財(cái)務(wù)共享平臺(tái)建設(shè)目標(biāo)及原則。最后,根據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)共享平臺(tái)建設(shè)后的運(yùn)行情況,對其做成效分析,總結(jié)財(cái)務(wù)共享平臺(tái)建設(shè)為POST公司帶來的財(cái)務(wù)管理成效。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of financial sharing into China, with the rapid development of information technology, financial sharing has evolved from the initial personnel flow centralized to the new era of information system centralization, and finally formed platform set management. In order to adapt to the changing external regulatory environment and the objective need of improving the quality of accounting information, POST Company in this paper improves the normative and synergistic effects of financial management. Eliminate the isolated island of information, establish a standardized, accurate and efficient financial management and accounting accounting system, and pass through the closed loop process of information, At the same time, the financial accounting efficiency of post company is improved. Since 2016, the financial sharing platform has been built. It integrates the accounting, fund settlement, report preparation and reporting resources of the companies in various cities, and establishes the financial sharing platform. To serve all branches and functional departments and provide them with standardized, unified, professional and standard accounting information and support, including uniform accounting, fund settlement, bill management, etc. To provide more professional accounting services for the whole company. This paper explores the current situation and problems of financial management in POST Company by means of questionnaires and interviews, and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of financial sharing management. This paper expounds several aspects of the advantages of financial sharing: lower operation cost, higher efficiency of information flow, lower risk, better information sharing to support strategic decision of enterprise group. Design POST company financial sharing platform scheme, discuss feasibility analysis, financial sharing platform construction goals and principles. Finally, according to the operation of the financial sharing platform after the construction, the effectiveness of the analysis, Sum up the financial management results brought by the construction of financial sharing platform for POST Company.
