網(wǎng)管監(jiān)控中心績(jī)效考核分析與改進(jìn)

【摘要】:績(jī)效考核是績(jī)效管理過(guò)程中的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是人力資源管理中的重要內(nèi)容?(jī)效考核在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中應(yīng)用十分普遍,每個(gè)企業(yè)都會(huì)建立績(jī)效考核體系,制定績(jī)效考核制度。本文的研究對(duì)象網(wǎng)管監(jiān)控中心也擁有自己的績(jī)效考核體系。但是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,該體系無(wú)法保證部門的指標(biāo)達(dá)成、也無(wú)法有效的激勵(lì)員工。針對(duì)網(wǎng)管監(jiān)控中心的現(xiàn)狀,本文進(jìn)行深入研究并提出了改進(jìn)方案,旨在用可量化考核思想來(lái)改進(jìn)當(dāng)前的績(jī)效考核體系。本文的研究對(duì)于網(wǎng)管監(jiān)控類企業(yè)或部門有一定的借鑒價(jià)值。 論文共分五章。第一章是緒論部分,主要介紹了本論文的研究背景、研究目的與意義。第二章是對(duì)績(jī)效考核相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,包括人力資源管理、績(jī)效管理和績(jī)效考核的相關(guān)知識(shí),同時(shí)也對(duì)績(jī)效考核與績(jī)效管理的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系進(jìn)行闡述。第三章介紹了Y移動(dòng)公司網(wǎng)管監(jiān)控中心的整體情況和績(jī)效考核體系的運(yùn)行情況,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有的績(jī)效考核體系存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。第四章闡述了網(wǎng)管監(jiān)控中心改進(jìn)后的績(jī)效考核體系,并對(duì)其計(jì)算方法與應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。第五章是對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal is an important link in the process of performance management and also an important part of human resource management. Performance appraisal is widely used in modern enterprise management, and every enterprise will establish a performance appraisal system. The network management monitoring center of this paper also has its own performance appraisal system. But in practical application, the system can not guarantee the achievement of departmental indicators. In view of the current situation of the network management monitoring center, this paper has carried on the thorough research and proposed the improvement plan, The purpose of this paper is to improve the current performance appraisal system with the idea of quantifiable appraisal. The research in this paper has certain reference value for the network management monitoring enterprises or departments. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this paper. The second chapter is to explain the relevant theories of performance appraisal, including human resource management. The related knowledge of performance management and performance appraisal, at the same time, the difference and relation between performance appraisal and performance management are expounded. Chapter three introduces the whole situation of the network management monitoring center of Y mobile company and the operation of the performance appraisal system. Chapter 4th describes the improved performance appraisal system of network management monitoring center, and explains its calculation method and application effect. Chapter 5th is a summary of the full text.
