【摘要】：本研究運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論,以建筑設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域眾包平臺(tái)設(shè)客網(wǎng)為例,分析設(shè)計(jì)眾包平臺(tái)將內(nèi)容消費(fèi)者轉(zhuǎn)變成內(nèi)容創(chuàng)造者的過程中商業(yè)生態(tài)模式演化背后的邏輯動(dòng)因。研究通過構(gòu)建"SEDB"模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)商業(yè)生態(tài)模式經(jīng)歷了杠鈴型、共生型的演化過程;形成了外部驅(qū)動(dòng)的顧客價(jià)值觸發(fā)—信息共享—組織內(nèi)互動(dòng)和內(nèi)部驅(qū)動(dòng)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行—價(jià)值賦能—組織間協(xié)同兩條演化路徑;不僅完善了動(dòng)態(tài)能力與商業(yè)生態(tài)模式等相關(guān)理論體系,并對(duì)中國平臺(tái)型企業(yè)利用商業(yè)生態(tài)模式獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of dynamic capability, this study takes the architecture design field as an example. This paper analyzes the logical drivers behind the evolution of business ecological model in the process of designing crowdsourcing platform to transform content consumers into content creators. By constructing "SEDB" model, it is found that the enterprise business ecological model has experienced barbell type. The evolution process of symbiotic type formed two evolution paths: externally driven customer value triggering information sharing and internal driving enterprise strategy execution value empowerment and inter-organization collaboration. It not only improves the related theoretical system such as dynamic capability and commercial ecological model, but also has important significance for Chinese platform enterprises to obtain competitive advantage by using commercial ecological model.
