【摘要】：本文分析軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)自興起以來,逐漸在世界各地形成不同發(fā)展模式的演變歷程,同時,通過對多個國家的軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的比較得出各國在不同社會環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟條件下承接該產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,最后,對比各個國家的不同產(chǎn)業(yè)承接環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展階段,有針對性的提出了中國承接軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的對策建議。 本文主要通過兩條線索來進行承接軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的競爭力研究,第一條線索是通過橫向的區(qū)域比較,即承接方之間的優(yōu)劣勢比較得出；第二條線索是通過縱向時間線索,即通過對中國在不同時期發(fā)展軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的演變歷程得出。故而,該論文主要解答了三個問題：中國承接軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的內(nèi)生競爭力該如何提升；中國承接軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的外生競爭力該如何提升；中國如何在世界各大區(qū)域的軟件市場中奪取市場份額? 本文采用了理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合的方法。理論研究方面,本文運用了國際分工、國家競爭力以及產(chǎn)業(yè)承接與轉(zhuǎn)移等理論,對軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的世界格局、影響軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展以及軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)布局等問題加以分析；實證研究方面,本文采用了因子分析方法,第一,采用了大量的數(shù)據(jù)對中國現(xiàn)階段的軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀以及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展利弊進行了詳細的分析；第二,在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,及時的找到影響軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。第三,搜集大量的數(shù)據(jù),將影響軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素概括為內(nèi)部原因以及外包原因；然后,按照數(shù)理表示形態(tài),將影響因素概括為內(nèi)生競爭變量和外生競爭變量。第四,選取了十二個軟件接包國的數(shù)據(jù)作為本文的研究樣本之后,再對樣本的內(nèi)生和外生競爭力變量進行因子分析；最后,本文在實證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從內(nèi)、外以及實踐的三個方面提出了提升中國承接軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the evolution of software outsourcing industry since its emergence, gradually forming different development models around the world, at the same time, By comparing the development models of software outsourcing industry in many countries, the advantages and disadvantages of different countries to undertake the transfer of the industry under different social environment and economic conditions are obtained. Finally, By comparing the different industrial environment and economic development stage of different countries, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for China to undertake the transfer of software outsourcing industry. This article mainly through two clues to undertake software outsourcing industry transfer competitiveness research, the first clue is through horizontal regional comparison, that is, the advantages and disadvantages of the parties to compare advantages and disadvantages; the second clue is through vertical time clues, That is, through the evolution of China's software outsourcing industry in different periods, the paper mainly answers three questions: how to enhance the endogenous competitiveness of China to undertake the transfer of software outsourcing industry; How to enhance the external competitiveness of China to undertake the transfer of software industry, and how to gain market share in the software market in all regions of the world? This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with empirical research. In theoretical research, this paper applies the theories of international division of labor, national competitiveness, and industry acceptance and transfer, to the world pattern of software outsourcing industry. The problems such as influencing the development of software outsourcing industry and the layout of software outsourcing industry are analyzed. Using a large number of data, the current situation of software outsourcing industry in China and the advantages and disadvantages of industrial development are analyzed in detail. Secondly, on the basis of the previous research, the factors that affect the development of software outsourcing industry are found in time. Third, Collecting a large amount of data, the factors that affect the development of software outsourcing industry are summarized as internal reasons and outsourcing reasons; then, according to the mathematical representation form, the influencing factors are summed up as endogenous competition variables and exogenous competition variables. 4th, After taking the data of 12 software contracting countries as the research samples, the paper analyzes the endogenous and exogenous competitiveness variables of the samples. Finally, based on the empirical research, this paper analyzes the factors of the endogenous and exogenous competitiveness variables of the samples. It also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transfer of software outsourcing industry in China.
