【摘要】：在全業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營的背景下，來自市場的壓力對中國電信企業(yè)的IT系統(tǒng)帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。軟件測試是IT系統(tǒng)整體成功與否的關(guān)鍵，建立科學(xué)高效的軟件測試管理模式迫在眉睫。項(xiàng)目管理就是以項(xiàng)目為對象的系統(tǒng)管理方法，即通過臨時(shí)開放的組織，對項(xiàng)目全過程進(jìn)行高效的計(jì)劃、組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)，以達(dá)成項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的過程。項(xiàng)目管理具有不斷整合和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)，因此非常適合軟件測試這類不確定因素很多的項(xiàng)目。 本文通過實(shí)踐案例探討了項(xiàng)目管理模式在JM公司MBOSS系統(tǒng)軟件測試項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用，通過對該項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)分析來明確測試總體思路，開展階段劃分和設(shè)置里程碑、確定項(xiàng)目范圍和進(jìn)行工作分解、最終選定測試用例和編制測試計(jì)劃；同時(shí)建立項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度評估機(jī)制，通過有效的問題處理流程和溝通管理制度，使項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層及時(shí)了解項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃推進(jìn)情況，找出實(shí)際與計(jì)劃的偏差，采取糾偏措施，對項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施進(jìn)行控制，從而確保了項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。最終JM公司MBOSS系統(tǒng)軟件測試項(xiàng)目按照預(yù)定的時(shí)間計(jì)劃保質(zhì)保量完成，，確保JM公司MBOSS系統(tǒng)順利上線。通過該項(xiàng)目的管理實(shí)踐，總結(jié)了一套電信企業(yè)軟件測試項(xiàng)目的規(guī)范流程、制度和文檔，使軟件測試的工作安排更加合理可控、流程和文檔更加清晰明確、信息傳遞更加及時(shí)到位，為今后電信企業(yè)類似項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In all business operations under the background of the IT system, the pressure from the market to the China Telecom has brought great challenges. Software testing is the key to the success of the whole IT system, the establishment of software testing management mode of scientific and efficient management system is imminent. Project management method with project as its target, through the opening of the temporary organization. The whole process of project, plan, organization, leadership and coordination, to achieve the project objectives. Project management has the characteristics of continuous integration and sustainable development, so it is very suitable for software testing of this kind of a lot of uncertain factors.
This paper discusses the application of project management in the JM company MBOSS system software testing project through practice, through the analysis of the project objectives to explicitly test the general idea, development stage and set the milepost, determine the scope of the project and work breakdown, selected test cases and preparation of test plans and ultimately establish the project schedule; evaluation mechanism through effective problem solving process and communication management system, make the project leadership timely understand the project plan to promote the situation, find out the deviation from plan, take corrective measures to control the implementation of projects, so as to ensure the realization of the objectives of the project. The final software MBOSS JM system test project according to the scheduled time schedule and guarantee the quality complete, ensure that the JM company MBOSS system successfully launched. Through the project management practice, summed up a set of telecom enterprise software testing The standardized process, system and documentation of the project make the arrangement of software testing work more reasonable and controllable, the process and documents are clearer and clearer, and the information transmission is more timely, which provides a reference for the future implementation of similar projects in telecom enterprises.
