【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的興起,網(wǎng)絡(luò)貸款也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。其中,由于大學(xué)生群體基數(shù)大,對(duì)新鮮事物接收能力強(qiáng),且消費(fèi)需求旺盛又無(wú)收入,使得很多網(wǎng)絡(luò)貸款平臺(tái)專注于大學(xué)生市場(chǎng)。由于平臺(tái)蜂擁而入,國(guó)家又沒(méi)有相應(yīng)的法律法規(guī)管理,致使市場(chǎng)混亂,很多學(xué)生上當(dāng)受騙。通過(guò)調(diào)查大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)貸款的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)貸款過(guò)程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而提出降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rise of Internet finance, network loans also emerge as the times require. Among them, because of the large base of college students, strong ability to receive new things, strong consumer demand and no income, many network loan platforms focus on college students market. As platforms swarmed in, the country had no corresponding laws and regulations, causing market chaos and deceiving many students. By investigating the current situation of college students' network loans, the author finds out the risks existing in the process of network loans, and then puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the risks.
