【摘要】：多元化經(jīng)營理論自從出現(xiàn)以來,國內(nèi)外眾多學者對其與經(jīng)營績效的關(guān)系展開了大量的實證研究,至今仍然沒有一個統(tǒng)一的結(jié)論,這表明多元化經(jīng)營是否為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價值仍然不確定。但在企業(yè)經(jīng)營的實際過程當中,多元化經(jīng)營是企業(yè)成長和發(fā)展到一定階段普遍采用的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。因此,研究多元化經(jīng)營對經(jīng)營績效的關(guān)系具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。中小企業(yè)作為我國企業(yè)的重要力量之一,在國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展過程中扮演著重要的角色。中小企業(yè)如何實現(xiàn)更快更好的成長已經(jīng)成為中小企業(yè)經(jīng)營者普遍關(guān)注的焦點。已有的研究表明,中小企業(yè)可以通過四個途徑實現(xiàn)成長,即單一業(yè)務型、主導業(yè)務型、相關(guān)多元化和非相關(guān)多元化。 本文以我國中小板上市公司為研究樣本,并將測量經(jīng)營績效的維度分為財務績效和成長性,研究多元化經(jīng)營與二者之間的關(guān)系,以期為中小企業(yè)實施多元化經(jīng)營提供理論指導。本文首先對相關(guān)研究文獻進行綜述、對相關(guān)概念進行界定,同時對中小板上市公多元化經(jīng)營與財務績效和成長性的關(guān)系進行理論分析。在此基礎上,通過相關(guān)分析和回歸分析,分析多元化程度與財務績效、成長性的關(guān)系,同時運用均值比較和單因素方差分析方法,分析多元化類型與財務績效、成長性的關(guān)系。 通過實證分析,本文得出的主要結(jié)論有：(1)中小板上市公司多元化程度與財務績效呈正相關(guān)；(2)中小板上市公司多元化程度與成長性呈正相關(guān)；(3)實行相關(guān)多元化經(jīng)營的中小板上市公司的財務績效和成長性均優(yōu)于實行非相關(guān)多元化經(jīng)營的公司；(4)實行單一業(yè)務經(jīng)營的中小板上市公司的財務績效和成長性優(yōu)于實行主導業(yè)務型的公司；(5)在不同的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境下,專業(yè)化經(jīng)營與多元化經(jīng)營對財務績效和成長性的關(guān)系不確定。 因此,中小企業(yè)為了能夠獲得持續(xù)的發(fā)展,本文建議中小企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中首先考慮實施專業(yè)化經(jīng)營。當中小企業(yè)主營業(yè)務已經(jīng)得到充分發(fā)展,并在行業(yè)中占據(jù)相當優(yōu)勢地位和在資金、市場、技術(shù)等方面具有相當規(guī)模和潛力的條件下時,中小企業(yè)可以選擇實施多元化經(jīng)營,而且多元化經(jīng)營仍以核心業(yè)務和核心能力為主的相關(guān)多元化戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of diversification theory, many scholars at home and abroad have carried out a large number of empirical studies on the relationship between diversification theory and business performance, and there is still no unified conclusion so far. This shows whether diversification creates value for the enterprise is still uncertain. However, in the actual process of enterprise management, diversification is the development strategy that is widely used in the development of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between diversification and business performance. As one of the important forces of Chinese enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the development of national economy. Small and medium-sized enterprises how to achieve faster and better growth has become the focus of attention of small and medium-sized enterprises. Previous studies have shown that small and medium-sized enterprises can achieve growth in four ways, that is, single business type, dominant business type, related diversification and non-related diversification. This paper takes small and medium-sized board listed companies as research samples and divides the dimensions of measuring business performance into financial performance and growth to study the relationship between diversification and both in order to provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of diversification in small and medium-sized enterprises. First of all, this paper reviews the relevant research literature, defines the related concepts, and analyzes the relationship between the listed public diversification of small and medium-sized boards and financial performance and growth. On this basis, through correlation analysis and regression analysis, the relationship between diversification degree and financial performance and growth is analyzed. At the same time, the relationship between diversification type and financial performance and growth is analyzed by means of mean comparison and one-way variance analysis. Through empirical analysis, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the degree of diversification of listed companies on small and medium-sized boards is positively correlated with financial performance; (2) the degree of diversification of listed companies of small and medium-sized boards is positively related to the growth of listed companies; (3) the financial performance and growth of small and medium-sized listed companies with diversified management are better than those with non-related diversification; (4) the financial performance and growth of small and medium-sized listed companies with single business operation are better than those with dominant business type; (5) under different economic development environment, the relationship between specialization and diversification on financial performance and growth is uncertain. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises in order to achieve sustainable development, this paper suggests that small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of development should first consider the implementation of professional operation. When the main business of small and medium-sized enterprises has been fully developed and occupies a fairly dominant position in the industry and has considerable scale and potential in terms of capital, market, and technology, small and medium-sized enterprises can choose to implement diversification. And diversification is still based on the core business and core competence-based diversification strategy.
