【摘要】：本論文以真實的網(wǎng)絡(luò)P2P借貸金融數(shù)據(jù)作為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合計算美學中的可視化手段,與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘領(lǐng)域交叉結(jié)合,運用多種算法和表現(xiàn)形式,挖掘數(shù)據(jù)中的規(guī)律并直觀展示影響借貸成功與否的影響因素。本研究以平行坐標等可視化手段作為呈現(xiàn)工具,對表現(xiàn)方法、計算手段進行了深入研究和改進,提出坐標軸上數(shù)據(jù)密度的概念,在保證效率的前提下對于繪制方式提出了如何呈現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)趨勢的改進方法,加入多種交互手段以達到結(jié)果的靈活性和可變性,更結(jié)合使用動態(tài)畫法產(chǎn)生更加具有交互效果的展示方式。為了呈現(xiàn)更加具有統(tǒng)計意義的結(jié)果,本研究還結(jié)合使用了Kmeans數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法,進行數(shù)據(jù)聚類,并結(jié)合啟發(fā)式算法對于初始數(shù)據(jù)和聚類參數(shù)進行改進,使得算法更加高效。對于挖掘出的結(jié)果,本研究將其靈活的融入平行坐標的交互展示中,使得數(shù)據(jù)的呈現(xiàn)方式更加多元且高效。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the real network P2P lending financial data, combined with the visual means of computing aesthetics, and combined with the field of data mining, using a variety of algorithms and forms of representation. Mining the rules in the data and visualizing the factors that affect the success of the loan. In this study, parallel coordinates and other visualization tools are used as presentation tools. The representation method and calculation method are deeply studied and improved, and the concept of data density on coordinate axis is put forward. On the premise of ensuring efficiency, this paper puts forward an improved method on how to present the trend of data, and adds a variety of interactive methods to achieve the flexibility and variability of the results. Combined with the use of dynamic painting to produce a more interactive way of display. In order to present more statistically significant results, Kmeans data mining algorithm is used to cluster data, and heuristic algorithm is used to improve the initial data and clustering parameters to make the algorithm more efficient. For the results of mining, this study flexibly integrates them into the interactive display of parallel coordinates, which makes the presentation of data more diverse and efficient.
