【摘要】：我國(guó)目前經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩、產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿率高,因此政府提出供給側(cè)改革;利率市場(chǎng)化、實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)下滑、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融沖擊和監(jiān)管日益嚴(yán)格造成商業(yè)銀行利潤(rùn)下滑,商業(yè)銀行面臨結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型;中小企業(yè)融資難融資貴,需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新融資途徑。尋求一種適合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要,符合供給側(cè)改革思路,提升商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,解決中小企業(yè)融資難的金融創(chuàng)新模式顯得迫在眉睫。在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”和銀行業(yè)綜合化經(jīng)營(yíng)背景下,投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,通過(guò)“股權(quán)+債權(quán)”的方式,緩解商業(yè)銀行在支持中小企業(yè)時(shí)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與收益極度不匹配的困境。投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)是商業(yè)銀行的“股權(quán)+債權(quán)”創(chuàng)新投資業(yè)務(wù),拓寬商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)渠道,提高商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)造利潤(rùn),實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)銀行的多元化經(jīng)營(yíng),有利于商業(yè)銀行的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)能夠解決中小企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)造適合中小企業(yè)融資的良好環(huán)境,增加中小企業(yè)融資的融資渠道,有利于我國(guó)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展中小企業(yè)。但是,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)處于試點(diǎn)狀態(tài),商業(yè)銀行“股權(quán)+債權(quán)”投資模式存在多方面問(wèn)題,本文即針對(duì)北京銀行的投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行案例研究,旨在分析北京銀行的投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)中存在的問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)一步提出北京銀行發(fā)展投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)的策略。本文借鑒國(guó)外投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)領(lǐng)先經(jīng)驗(yàn),力求探索適合北京銀行發(fā)展投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)的策略。北京銀行要明確投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)市場(chǎng)定位,北京銀行要優(yōu)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控機(jī)制,建立投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)信息共享機(jī)制,建設(shè)投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)專業(yè)化人才梯隊(duì),投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新模式可以考慮園區(qū)平臺(tái)發(fā)展基金,北京銀行要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新中小企業(yè)抵押擔(dān)保方式,最終形成北京銀行富有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的業(yè)務(wù)板塊。這一系列策略不僅對(duì)北京銀行有效,對(duì)我國(guó)其他試點(diǎn)投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)的商業(yè)銀行也是有效的。
[Abstract]:China's current economic growth rate is slowing, overcapacity, the real economy leverage ratio is high, so the government proposed supply-side reform; Interest rate marketization, real economy decline, Internet financial impact and increasingly strict supervision of commercial bank profits decline, commercial banks are facing structural transformation, SMEs financing is difficult to finance expensive, need to innovate financing ways. It is urgent to seek a new financial innovation model which can meet the needs of China's current economic development, meet the demand of supply-side reform, improve the management efficiency of commercial banks and solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the context of "mass entrepreneurship, innovation" and the comprehensive management of the banking industry, the joint investment and loan business emerged as the times require, and through the way of "equity claims", To alleviate the risk and income mismatch dilemma faced by commercial banks in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. The joint operation of investment and loan is the innovative investment business of "equity creditor's right" of commercial bank, widening the channel of commercial bank's business, improving the commercial bank's creating profit, realizing the diversified management of commercial bank, which is beneficial to the transformation and development of commercial bank. Investment and loan linkage can solve the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs, create a good environment suitable for SMEs to finance, increase the financing channels of SMEs, which is conducive to the further development of SMEs in China. However, the joint investment and loan business of commercial banks in China is in a pilot state, and there are many problems in the investment mode of "equity creditor's rights" in commercial banks. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the joint investment and loan operation of the Bank of Beijing, and to put forward the strategies for the development of the joint investment and loan business of the Bank of Beijing. This paper draws lessons from the leading experience of foreign investment and loan linkage, and tries to explore the strategy suitable for Beijing Bank to develop the investment and loan linkage. The Bank of Beijing should define the market position of the joint investment and loan operation, and the Bank of Beijing should optimize the risk prevention and control mechanism, establish the information sharing mechanism of the joint investment and loan linkage, and build a echelon of specialized talents in the investment and loan linkage. The innovative mode of investment and loan linkage development can consider the park platform development fund, and the Bank of Beijing should innovate the mortgage guarantee mode of small and medium-sized enterprises, and finally form the competitive business sector of the Bank of Beijing. This series of strategies is effective not only for Beijing Bank, but also for other commercial banks in China.
