【摘要】：中國目前正在推進金融改革，迫切需要新的金融工具來改變現(xiàn)有金融市場的生態(tài)，豐富金融結(jié)構(gòu)的層次。資產(chǎn)證券化即為一種適合目前金融改革方向的創(chuàng)新金融工具。在經(jīng)歷過對資產(chǎn)證券化的探索和試點后，資產(chǎn)證券化面臨著快速發(fā)展的市場機遇。在這個時點上，對資產(chǎn)證券化進行一些基礎的分析和探索具有積極的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文對資產(chǎn)證券化的基礎元素、利弊分析進行了一些研究，主要包括以下內(nèi)容： 1)資產(chǎn)證券化的概念、交易結(jié)構(gòu)及資產(chǎn)證券實施的目的與動機分析。 2)對資產(chǎn)證券化在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展歷史進行了總結(jié)，，分析出資產(chǎn)證券化目前的發(fā)展特點，總結(jié)了目前發(fā)展的不足并提出個人改進建議。 3)通過對資產(chǎn)證券化的功能分析，預測了資產(chǎn)證券化未來的發(fā)展前景及其在一些主流行業(yè)的運用模式。
[Abstract]:At present, China is pushing forward the financial reform, and it urgently needs new financial instruments to change the ecology of the existing financial market and enrich the financial structure. Asset securitization is an innovative financial tool suitable for the current direction of financial reform. After exploring and experimenting with asset securitization, asset securitization is facing the market opportunity of rapid development. At this point, some basic analysis and exploration of asset securitization has positive practical significance. In this paper, the basic elements, advantages and disadvantages of asset securitization are studied, including the following contents: 1) the concept of asset securitization, the transaction structure and the purpose and motivation of asset securitization. 2) summarize the development history of asset securitization in China, analyze the current development characteristics of asset securitization, sum up the shortcomings of current development and put forward personal suggestions for improvement. 3) by analyzing the function of asset securitization, the future development prospect of asset securitization and its application mode in some mainstream industries are forecasted.
