【摘要】：近年我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),貨幣政策工具也在向價(jià)格型轉(zhuǎn)變。2013年以來(lái),我國(guó)推出了常備借貸便利(SLF)、短期流動(dòng)性調(diào)節(jié)工具(SLO)、抵押補(bǔ)充貸款(PSL)和中期借貸便利(MLF)等一系列具有結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)節(jié)作用的貨幣政策工具。目前這些結(jié)構(gòu)性貨幣政策的實(shí)施時(shí)間還比較短,實(shí)施效果需要進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn),因此文章以我國(guó)16家上市銀行作為研究樣本,選擇常備借貸便利、短期流動(dòng)性調(diào)節(jié)工具、中期借貸便利這三種工具作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)證分析考察了三種結(jié)構(gòu)性貨幣政策的實(shí)施對(duì)銀行流動(dòng)性及銀行信貸的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)性貨幣政策會(huì)降低銀行的流動(dòng)性,促進(jìn)貸款規(guī)模的增加;而銀行性質(zhì)、銀行體系流動(dòng)性狀況和貨幣政策取向會(huì)對(duì)常備借貸便利的實(shí)施產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economic development has entered a new normal, monetary policy tools are also changing to price-oriented. Since 2013, China has launched the standing loan facility (SLF), short-term liquidity adjustment tool (SLO),. A series of monetary policy instruments, such as mortgage supplementary loan (PSL) and medium-term lending facility (MLF), have a series of structural adjustment functions. At present, the implementation time of these structural monetary policies is relatively short, and the effect of implementation needs to be further tested. Therefore, this article takes 16 listed banks in China as the research sample, and chooses the standing loan facilities and short-term liquidity adjustment tools. The paper studies the effect of the implementation of three structural monetary policies on bank liquidity and bank credit through empirical analysis. The results show that structural monetary policy can reduce the liquidity of banks and promote the increase of loan size, while the nature of banks, the liquidity status of the banking system and the monetary policy orientation will have an impact on the implementation of standing lending facilities.
