【摘要】：本土化是津布韋穆加貝政府提出的一項(xiàng)重要經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,旨在消除殖民主義影響,將資源和經(jīng)濟(jì)主權(quán)掌握在本國手中。該政策的核心是外資企業(yè)必須將51%以上的股份轉(zhuǎn)讓或者預(yù)留給津巴布韋本地人,并為此制定通過了《本土化與經(jīng)濟(jì)授權(quán)法》等一系列法律法規(guī)。2007年至今,本土化政策在備受爭議和詬病中走過了10年歷程,本文考察了津巴布韋本土化政策的背景、具體內(nèi)容、實(shí)施情況,并對本土化政策對津巴布韋投資環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:Localization is an important economic policy put forward by the government of Zinbwe Mugabe aimed at eliminating the influence of colonialism and holding resources and economic sovereignty in their own hands. The core of the policy is that foreign companies must transfer or reserve more than 51% of their shares to local Zimbabweans, and have enacted a series of laws and regulations, such as the Localization and Economic Authorization Act, since 2007. The localization policy has gone through a period of 10 years in the controversy and criticism. This paper examines the background, specific content, implementation of Zimbabwe localization policy, and analyzes the impact of the localization policy on Zimbabwe investment environment.
