【摘要】：正一、人才安居,恰逢其時(shí)深圳,這個(gè)中國(guó)最年輕、最具創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍,被稱為"中國(guó)硅谷""創(chuàng)業(yè)之都"的國(guó)內(nèi)超大城市,正在開展一項(xiàng)史無前例的住房保障浩大工程。2016年7月份,深圳市政府重磅拋出《關(guān)于促進(jìn)人才優(yōu)先發(fā)展的若干措施》《關(guān)于完善人才住房制度的若干措施》兩個(gè)文件,確立了以人才安居為主的住房保障發(fā)展方向,這旨在復(fù)興深圳上世紀(jì)80年代初的"孔雀東南飛"壯舉,助推深圳創(chuàng)建"創(chuàng)新型國(guó)際城市"。在國(guó)家眼里,在任何一個(gè)深圳的主政者的眼里,創(chuàng)新才是深圳的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:At the same time, Shenzhen, China's youngest and most entrepreneurial city known as the "Silicon Valley" and "Capital of Entrepreneurship," is carrying out an unprecedented housing security project in July 2016. The Shenzhen Municipal Government threw out two documents, "measures on promoting the priority Development of talents" and "measures on perfecting the Housing system for talents", which established the development direction of housing security based on the security of housing for talented people. The aim is to revive Shenzhen's "Peacock flying southeast" feat in the early 1980 s, and boost Shenzhen's creation of an "innovative international city." In the eyes of the state, in the eyes of any of Shenzhen's rulers, innovation is the core competitiveness of Shenzhen.
