新疆消費(fèi)信貸對消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)影響研究

【摘要】:近年來,如何提高消費(fèi)需求是我國關(guān)注的焦點問題。提高消費(fèi)需求,首先要研究消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理,合理的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)有利于推動消費(fèi)升級,增強(qiáng)新疆居民消費(fèi)可持續(xù)增長。消費(fèi)信貸在促進(jìn)居民有效需求成長中起著重要作用,它既是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要手段,也有利于人民群眾提高生活水平和生活質(zhì)量。 本文在消費(fèi)函數(shù)理論、消費(fèi)信貸理論的基礎(chǔ)上提出消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)合理的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并闡述了消費(fèi)信貸通過刺激消費(fèi)需求、加快消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、轉(zhuǎn)變居民消費(fèi)觀念三條途徑推動新疆消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,建立了消費(fèi)信貸影響消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的理論模型:LnVt LnCDt Lny t。 本文選取1985年到2012年新疆消費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù),對新疆消費(fèi)信貸和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述性分析,使用恩格爾系數(shù)法、結(jié)構(gòu)變動度兩個指標(biāo)對新疆消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述性分析,初步劃分出新疆消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的三個階段,分別是簡單溫飽階段、高級生活階段以及優(yōu)化品質(zhì)生活階段。最后用chow檢驗證明以上階段劃分是否準(zhǔn)確。通過對消費(fèi)信貸的現(xiàn)狀分析,得出新疆消費(fèi)信貸總量不斷增加,以個人住房貸款和汽車消費(fèi)貸款為主。通過相關(guān)性分析以及貢獻(xiàn)度分析得出影響新疆消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的主因有兩個:消費(fèi)信貸和居民收入。 雖然目前新疆消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)處于第三個階段,但是還存在人均消費(fèi)偏低、食品支出占比較高的問題,由于居民收入在短期內(nèi)無法快速的增加,而消費(fèi)信貸優(yōu)化消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展空間很大,,本文選取1999年到2012年新疆消費(fèi)信貸余額、居民可支配收入以及四項消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用多元回歸方程,驗證消費(fèi)信貸對消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的積極作用;谶@個結(jié)論,本文提出通過優(yōu)化新疆消費(fèi)信貸投放結(jié)構(gòu)、提高消費(fèi)信貸品種、轉(zhuǎn)變消費(fèi)觀念、調(diào)節(jié)收入差距幾個方面來促進(jìn)消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展,優(yōu)化消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, how to improve consumption demand is the focus of our attention. To improve consumption demand, we should first study whether the consumption structure is reasonable, and a reasonable consumption structure is conducive to promoting consumption upgrading. Consumer credit plays an important role in promoting the growth of residents' effective demand. It is an important means of national economic development and economic structure adjustment. It also helps the people to improve their living standards and quality of life. Based on the consumption function theory and the consumption credit theory, this paper puts forward the reasonable measure standard of the consumption structure, and expounds the consumption credit to speed up the consumption structure optimization by stimulating the consumption demand. There are three ways to promote the optimization of consumption structure in Xinjiang, and the theoretical model of the influence of consumer credit on consumption structure is established: 1: LnVt LnCDt Lny t. This paper selects Xinjiang consumption data from 1985 to 2012 to analyze the current situation of consumption credit and consumption structure in Xinjiang and use Engel's coefficient method. Two indicators of structural change degree described the current situation of consumption structure in Xinjiang, and preliminarily divided the three stages of consumption structure development in Xinjiang, namely, the stage of simple food and clothing. Finally, the chow test is used to prove whether the above stages are accurate or not. Through the analysis of the current situation of consumer credit, it is concluded that the total amount of consumer credit in Xinjiang continues to increase. By means of correlation analysis and contribution analysis, it is concluded that there are two main reasons that affect the consumption structure of Xinjiang: consumer credit and resident income. Although the consumption structure in Xinjiang is in the third stage, but there is still a low per capita consumption, food expenditure is relatively high, because the residents' income in the short term can not increase rapidly. However, there is great room for the development of the consumption structure optimization of consumer credit. From 1999 to 2012, the data of Xinjiang consumer credit balance, resident disposable income and four items of consumption structure are selected in this paper. Based on this conclusion, this paper proposes to optimize the structure of consumption credit in Xinjiang, improve the variety of consumer credit, change consumption concept. Adjustment of income gap in several aspects to promote the development of consumer credit, optimize the consumption structure of the countermeasures.
