【摘要】:企業(yè)發(fā)展需要高素質的人力資源隊伍;有效的培訓體系是提升人力資源隊伍的重要方法之一,也是企業(yè)具有市場競爭力的重要保障。越來越多的企業(yè)開始重視人力資源培訓與開發(fā),人力資源培訓與開發(fā)在企業(yè)中的重要性得到了前所未有的提升。企業(yè)中人才的數(shù)量與質量是企業(yè)興衰的關鍵,為了適應市場競爭的需要,培訓、開發(fā)、重塑優(yōu)秀人才,具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文針對E集團培訓體系,綜合運用了文獻分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、理論研究結合實證研究法、定性分析結合定量分析法等多種研究方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析培訓體系的不足與盲點,就培訓體系中出現(xiàn)的戰(zhàn)略導向與實際內(nèi)容不結合、培訓組織定位與培訓實際需求不結合、培訓不成體系、培訓中并未結合企業(yè)文化等情況進行了成因分析。然后,基于培訓理論和員工職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的需要,從培訓的體系框架、組織結構、課程體系、師資等方面對E集團培訓體系進行了再設計。最后,結合培訓中的實際情況,提出了培訓體系落地的保障措施,進一步提高了培訓體系再設計的操作性和可行性。 通過完善E集團的培訓體系,不但可以有效的提高企業(yè)工作效率,創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟價值,而且也可以促進員工技能的提升,自我價值的實現(xiàn),增強對企業(yè)組織的歸屬感和認同感。同時,相關研究成果也可對相關企業(yè)的培訓體系構建與完善提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:The development of enterprises needs high-quality human resources; An effective training system is one of the most important methods to improve the human resource team, and it is also an important guarantee for enterprises to have market competitiveness. More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to human resources training and development. The importance of human resource training and development in the enterprise has been enhanced unprecedented. The quantity and quality of human resources is the key to the rise and fall of the enterprise, in order to meet the needs of market competition, training, development. It is of great strategic significance to reshape outstanding talents. According to the training system of E Group, this paper comprehensively uses the literature analysis, questionnaire, interview, theoretical research combined with empirical research, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis and other research methods. Find and analyze the shortcomings and blind spots of the training system, on the training system appeared in the strategic direction and the actual content does not combine, training organization positioning and training needs do not combine, training is not systematic. Then, based on the training theory and the needs of staff career development, from the training system framework, organizational structure, curriculum system. Teachers and other aspects of the E group training system has been re-designed. Finally, combined with the actual situation in the training, put forward the training system landing safeguard measures. The operation and feasibility of the training system redesign are further improved. By improving the training system of E Group, not only can we effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise work, create economic value, but also promote the promotion of staff skills, the realization of self-worth. At the same time, the related research results can also provide reference and reference for the construction and improvement of the training system of related enterprises.
