【摘要】：近期,我國(guó)不斷加深信息化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化的融合,其中信息化支撐金融行業(yè)領(lǐng)域的步伐在加快,融合層面逐步在擴(kuò)大。國(guó)家層面目前已加大類融資租賃行業(yè)的發(fā)展力度,全方位支持國(guó)內(nèi)飛機(jī)、船舶及大型設(shè)備的融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)。2012年,國(guó)務(wù)院明確提出“推進(jìn)信息化發(fā)展”和“切實(shí)保障信息安全”的理念,要求建立完善可管、可控的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息和文化安全保障體系。跟隨信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化高速發(fā)展的步伐,政府和大型融資租賃企業(yè)必將進(jìn)一步加大信息化建設(shè)和應(yīng)用,這勢(shì)必又將引發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、吞吐量的爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng),從而使IDC市場(chǎng)具有持續(xù)、長(zhǎng)久的發(fā)展價(jià)值。 本文的研究是在管理學(xué)、軟件學(xué)及融資租賃學(xué)等理論的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)IDC市場(chǎng)環(huán)境及融資租賃發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)東疆租賃網(wǎng)融資租賃企業(yè)庫(kù)及其行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究分析,提出有客觀依據(jù)的IDC戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向的分析,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有存在問(wèn)題提出可行性解決建議。 本文主要工作如下： 首先對(duì)東疆租賃網(wǎng)及融資租賃行業(yè)的背景進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外此領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出本文需要解決的主要問(wèn)題,形成系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。其次介紹了IDC業(yè)務(wù)的定義、核心價(jià)值和業(yè)務(wù)類型；并結(jié)合IDC運(yùn)營(yíng)商和IDC用戶兩方面,分析了當(dāng)前IDC市場(chǎng)規(guī)模,并從用戶類型層面和用戶需求層次兩方面對(duì)用戶市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了細(xì)分。接著通過(guò)對(duì)融資租賃國(guó)內(nèi)及天津市的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及IDC競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)的分析,以及對(duì)東疆租賃網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心資源現(xiàn)狀和業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深度剖析,指出了其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的機(jī)會(huì)與問(wèn)題；本文重點(diǎn)通過(guò)前文的分析明確了東疆租賃網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)定位,并有針對(duì)性地提出適合東疆租賃網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心IDC業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)客戶營(yíng)銷策略及IDC增值服務(wù)的開(kāi)發(fā)和拓展。最后提出了在執(zhí)行策略時(shí)需要注意全面建立IS027001信息安全管理系統(tǒng)、健全融資租賃宏觀層面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范體系等。 在以上分析基礎(chǔ)之上,本文最后以IDC網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境為背景,對(duì)系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)框架進(jìn)行了闡述,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)分為四個(gè)子系統(tǒng),在描述各子系統(tǒng)的功能以及各子系統(tǒng)之間關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)介紹了本文主要工作,包括數(shù)據(jù)二次處理子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)子系統(tǒng)和上層管理子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)以及各子系統(tǒng)的模塊組成。另外通過(guò)對(duì)訪問(wèn)者情況的地域分布情況統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中訪問(wèn)較多的主要分布地域,并準(zhǔn)確獲得這些流量隨時(shí)間的變化趨勢(shì),便于實(shí)時(shí)掌握全國(guó)融資租賃行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Recently, China has been deepening the integration of informatization and industrialization, among which the pace of informatization supporting the financial industry is accelerating. The level of integration is gradually expanding. At present, the national level has increased the development of the financial leasing industry, supporting domestic aircraft, ships and large-scale equipment financing leasing business. 2012. The State Council has clearly put forward the concepts of "promoting the development of information technology" and "ensuring information security", which requires the establishment of a sound and manageable system. With the rapid development of information network, the government and large financial leasing enterprises will further increase the information construction and application. This is bound to lead to data storage, throughput explosion growth, so that the IDC market has a sustained, long-term development value. Under the guidance of the theories of management, software and finance leasing, the research of this paper combines the domestic IDC market environment and the current situation of financial lease development. This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of financial leasing enterprise bank and its industry in Dongjiang leasing network, puts forward the analysis of IDC strategic orientation with objective basis, and puts forward some feasible solutions to the existing problems. The main work of this paper is as follows: First of all, the background of Dongjiang leasing network and financial leasing industry is briefly introduced. Combined with the current situation of domestic and foreign research in this field, this paper puts forward the main problems that need to be solved in this paper. Secondly, it introduces the definition, core value and business type of IDC business. Combined with IDC operators and IDC users, the current IDC market scale is analyzed. And from the user type level and user demand level of two aspects of the user market segmentation. Then through financial leasing domestic and Tianjin market environment, industry status and IDC competition situation analysis. The paper also analyzes the resource status and business status of the data center of Dongjiang leasing network, and points out the opportunities and problems existing in the development of its business. Through the above analysis, this paper clarifies the target market positioning of the data center of the East Xinjiang Rental Network. The key customer marketing strategy and the development and development of IDC value-added service suitable for the development of IDC business in the data center of Dongjiang Rental Network are put forward. The design of database storage subsystem and upper management subsystem as well as the module composition of each subsystem. In addition, the regional distribution of visitors is statistically analyzed. It can be found that the main distribution regions are visited more in the network, and the trend of these traffic changes with time can be accurately obtained, which is convenient to grasp the dynamic of the national financial leasing industry in real time.
