【摘要】：扎實推進城鎮(zhèn)化建設,解決低收入群體住房需求,要求大力建設保障性住房。大規(guī)模的保障性住房使中低收入群體空間集聚,凸顯了加強保障性住房后期服務管理的必要性和重要性。保障性住房后期服務管理實踐中暴露出的問題對社會穩(wěn)定形成了潛在的威脅,已成為我國社會管理的重點和難點。
[Abstract]:To promote the construction of urbanization and to solve the housing needs of low-income groups, we need to make great efforts to build affordable housing. The large scale of affordable housing makes the middle and low income groups gather in space. It highlights the necessity and importance of strengthening the service management in the later stage of affordable housing. The problems exposed in the practice of service management in the latter stage of affordable housing pose a potential threat to social stability. It has become the focus and difficulty of social management in our country.
