【摘要】：黃金作為最稀有、最珍貴的金屬之一，在歷史上具有獨一無二的內(nèi)在價值和穩(wěn)定性，雖然如今的黃金已經(jīng)不再擔(dān)任貨幣的角色，但是由于其兼具商品和貨幣雙重屬性，因而有助于緩解金融危機(jī)、穩(wěn)定匯率，并行使國際支付的最終手段等。自2001年以來，由于中國持續(xù)多年的貿(mào)易和資本項目雙順差，官方外匯儲備持續(xù)迅猛地增加，，到2013年9月我國外匯儲備總額已高達(dá)36626.62億美元，但相比之下我國持有的黃金儲備僅占外匯儲備的1.6%，國際儲備結(jié)構(gòu)不甚合理。 基于此，本文專題論述了我國黃金儲備的適度規(guī)模問題。首先，研究影響我國黃金儲備的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等因素。其中，采用線性回歸模型研究經(jīng)濟(jì)因素為：除了本身前一期的影響外，中國黃金儲備占比主要受到流通中的貨幣、黃金價格、原油價格、實際匯率、通貨膨脹指數(shù)和美元指數(shù)的影響。其次，采用資產(chǎn)組合模型測算出中國黃金儲備的適度規(guī)模在3749.79噸-5096.59噸左右，占國際儲備的權(quán)重為6.67%-9.06%。最后，建議采用擇機(jī)購金、營運黃金、“藏金于民”和投資金礦等四種途徑，實現(xiàn)我國黃金儲備的有效增持。本文旨在為我國增持黃金儲備的規(guī)模和方式提供必要的理論支持。同時也為優(yōu)化我國國際儲備的布局從理論的角度提出建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the rarest and most precious metals, gold has unique intrinsic value and stability in history, although it is no longer a currency. But because of its dual attributes of commodity and currency, it helps to alleviate the financial crisis, stabilize the exchange rate, and exercise the international payment of the last resort. Since 2001. Due to China's trade and capital account surplus for many years, the official foreign exchange reserves have been increasing rapidly. By September 2013, the total amount of China's foreign exchange reserves had reached three tillion six hundred and sixty-two billion six hundred and sixty-two million US dollars. By contrast, China's gold reserves only account for 1.6% of foreign exchange reserves, and the international reserve structure is not very reasonable. Based on this, this paper discusses the moderate scale of China's gold reserve. Firstly, the paper studies the economic, political, cultural and other factors that affect China's gold reserve. The linear regression model is used to study the economic factors: in addition to the previous period, the proportion of China's gold reserves is mainly affected by currency in circulation, gold price, crude oil price, real exchange rate. The impact of inflation index and dollar index. Secondly, the appropriate size of China's gold reserves is estimated by portfolio model in the range of 3749.79 tons to 5096.59 tons. The weight of international reserves is 6.67- 9.06.Finally, it is suggested that four ways should be adopted: buying gold by chance, operating gold, "storing gold in people" and investing gold. The purpose of this paper is to provide necessary theoretical support for the scale and mode of increasing China's gold reserve, and at the same time to put forward some theoretical suggestions for optimizing the layout of China's international reserves.
