【摘要】：本文選取2007-2013年間發(fā)行公司債券的上市公司作為實證檢驗的初始樣本,從企業(yè)的產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)這一角度來分析上市公司發(fā)行公司債券前后的在職消費水平的變化。研究表明:發(fā)行公司債券對國有企業(yè)的在職消費沒有顯著影響,而對民營企業(yè)的在職消費有顯著正向作用。據(jù)此,分產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)提出了兩條降低在職消費的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the listed companies issuing corporate bonds from 2007 to 2013 as the initial sample of empirical test. This paper analyzes the changes of the in-service consumption level of listed companies before and after issuing corporate bonds from the perspective of the property rights of enterprises. The research shows that the issuance of corporate bonds has no significant effect on the in-service consumption of state-owned enterprises. On the basis of this, two suggestions are put forward to reduce the on-the-job consumption according to the nature of property right.
