【摘要】：電力行業(yè)是我國的重要支柱行業(yè),受行業(yè)特點約束杠桿率長期居高不下,研究債務(wù)融資方式的影響因素對改善電力企業(yè)的融資結(jié)構(gòu)、降低企業(yè)杠桿率以順應(yīng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革趨勢具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在文獻研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以銀行貸款和企業(yè)債券這兩種債務(wù)融資方式為對象,分析電力行業(yè)債務(wù)融資方式的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。結(jié)合資本結(jié)構(gòu)和信息不對稱等理論,在既有文獻分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)電力行業(yè)的經(jīng)營特點篩選出不同債務(wù)融資方式的影響因素,實證分析不同債務(wù)融資方式的影響因素。論文以電力行業(yè)67家上市公司2011年到2015年的數(shù)據(jù)作為面板數(shù)據(jù),運用多元線性回歸模型分析不同因素對融資方式選擇的影響。結(jié)果表明,銀行貸款中的長期借款受公司規(guī)模、盈利能力、償債能力、資產(chǎn)抵押價值和代理成本的顯著性影響,其中資產(chǎn)抵押價值對企業(yè)選擇銀行貸款方式的影響最大。企業(yè)債券受公司信用質(zhì)量、盈利能力、公司規(guī)模和投資機會顯著性影響,其中公司信用質(zhì)量和公司投資機會對企業(yè)選擇債券融資方式的決策影響最大。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),電力企業(yè)傾向選擇長期借款作為最主要的債務(wù)融資方式的原因是高資產(chǎn)抵押價值和政府監(jiān)督產(chǎn)生的代理成本。電力企業(yè)可通過減少銀行依賴度、發(fā)展債券市場和降低代理成本改善融資結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Power industry is an important pillar industry in our country. The leverage ratio is high for a long time under the constraints of industry characteristics. This paper studies the influence factors of debt financing mode on improving the financing structure of power enterprises. It is of great practical significance to reduce the leverage ratio of enterprises to conform to the trend of supply-side structural reform. On the basis of literature study, this paper takes bank loans and corporate bonds as the object of debt financing. Based on the theory of capital structure and information asymmetry, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of debt financing in electric power industry, based on the analysis of existing literature. According to the operating characteristics of the power industry, the influence factors of different debt financing methods are selected. Empirical analysis of the impact of different debt financing methods. The paper takes the data of 67 listed companies in power industry from 2011 to 2015 as panel data. The effects of different factors on the choice of financing methods are analyzed by using multiple linear regression models. The results show that the long-term loans in bank loans are affected by the size of the company, profitability and solvency. The significant influence of asset mortgage value and agency cost, in which the value of asset mortgage has the greatest impact on the choice of bank loan mode. Corporate bonds are subject to corporate credit quality, profitability. Corporate size and investment opportunities have a significant impact, among which corporate credit quality and investment opportunities have the greatest impact on corporate choice of bond financing. Power enterprises tend to choose long-term borrowing as the main way of debt financing because of high asset mortgage value and agency cost caused by government supervision. Power enterprises can reduce the dependence of banks. Develop bond market and reduce agency cost to improve financing structure.
