【摘要】：正 特派辦作為審計署的派出機構(gòu),在落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀要求、實踐"免疫系統(tǒng)"功能、發(fā)揮建設(shè)性審計作用方面承擔(dān)著重要責(zé)任和義務(wù)。近兩年來,沈陽辦按照署黨組的工作部署和要求,提出了"打造高素質(zhì)干部隊伍、促進沈陽辦可持續(xù)發(fā)展"的建辦理念,在抓好隊伍建設(shè)的同時,積極探索建設(shè)性審計工作,開展了一些有益的嘗試,收到了較好的效果。
[Abstract]:As the agency of the Audit Office, the Office of the Special Mission has important responsibilities and obligations in carrying out the requirements of the scientific concept of development, carrying out the function of "immune system" and giving play to the role of constructive audit. In the past two years, the Shenyang Office has put forward the concept of "building a contingent of high-quality cadres and promoting the sustainable development of Shenyang Office" in accordance with the work arrangements and requirements of the party group of the Administration. While doing a good job in the construction of the team, it has actively explored constructive auditing work. Some useful attempts have been made and good results have been obtained.
