加納多式聯(lián)運(yùn)集裝箱碼頭裝卸作業(yè)優(yōu)化

自從工業(yè)革命開始以來,貨物運(yùn)輸已經(jīng)發(fā)展了數(shù)個(gè)世紀(jì)。隨著洲際貿(mào)易的迅速增長(zhǎng),全球經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展,新型的貨物運(yùn)輸方式亦在不斷出現(xiàn)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)倪M(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,多式聯(lián)運(yùn)這種運(yùn)輸方式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,該運(yùn)輸方式旨在于產(chǎn)銷地之間建立更為良好的銜接,其效率更高,費(fèi)用更省,因此具有較強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然而,隨著運(yùn)輸需求的快速長(zhǎng),多式聯(lián)運(yùn)的未來發(fā)展同樣面臨著更多的挑戰(zhàn)。本文提出,集裝箱在集裝箱場(chǎng)站內(nèi)的換裝作業(yè)作為站內(nèi)作業(yè)的瓶頸,是多式聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸過程中亟待解決的問題之一,只有妥善解決該問題才能實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)輸效率的最大化。需要明確強(qiáng)調(diào)的是,通過利用現(xiàn)有資源,對(duì)作業(yè)時(shí)間進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,將極大地縮短集裝箱在集裝箱場(chǎng)站內(nèi)的停留時(shí)間從而進(jìn)一步提高運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平。此外,相應(yīng)的決策應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理學(xué)的科學(xué)理論。因此,本文擬建立一種能夠優(yōu)化集裝箱在港口內(nèi)的換裝作業(yè)時(shí)間的數(shù)學(xué)模型,同時(shí),考慮到世界范圍內(nèi)各集裝箱港口的共有特點(diǎn),本文在建模的過程中兼顧公路集卡的換裝作業(yè)。本文的研究核心在于集裝箱裝卸作業(yè)的調(diào)度問題,該問題雖較為復(fù)雜,但對(duì)于集裝箱運(yùn)輸效率的提高具有極為重要的意義。基于“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)給定數(shù)量的集卡在指定時(shí)間進(jìn)行預(yù)約式到達(dá),...
