【摘要】：正地鐵作為快速、高效、準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、低碳的大運(yùn)量公共交通工具,已逐漸成為杭州市民出行的最佳選擇之一。杭州市地鐵集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司從事軌道交通工程的建設(shè)、營(yíng)運(yùn)、管理、物業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)等,自2002年6月成立以來(lái),始終牢記企業(yè)肩負(fù)的責(zé)任,秉承"筑就暢行之道,助力品質(zhì)之城"的企業(yè)使命,在堅(jiān)持建設(shè)、運(yùn)營(yíng)、經(jīng)營(yíng)"三位一體"協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的同時(shí),從公共利益出發(fā),致力于打造人民滿(mǎn)意地鐵。目前公司注冊(cè)資金361.84億元,下設(shè)一家分公司:杭州地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)分公司;兩家全資子公司:杭州市地鐵置業(yè)有限公司(主要負(fù)責(zé)地鐵物業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā))和杭州地鐵1號(hào)線(xiàn)投資公司(與港鐵杭州1號(hào)線(xiàn)投資有限公司共同出資成立杭港地鐵公司)。
[Abstract]:As a fast, efficient, punctual and low-carbon public transport, positive subway has gradually become one of the best choices for Hangzhou citizens to travel. Hangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. is engaged in rail transit engineering construction, operation, management, property development and so on. Since its establishment in June 2002, it has always borne in mind the responsibility of the enterprise, adhering to the enterprise mission of "building a smooth road, helping quality city", while insisting on the construction, operation and management of the "trinity" coordinated development, from the public interest, committed to building the people's satisfaction subway. At present, the company has a registered capital of 36.184 billion yuan and has a branch: Hangzhou Metro Operation Branch; two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Hangzhou Metro Real Estate Co., Ltd. (mainly responsible for subway property development) and Hangzhou Metro Line 1 Investment Company (jointly funded by Hangzhou Line 1 Investment Co., Ltd.).
