【摘要】：軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展對(duì)北京職住分離的改善及城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)向多中心轉(zhuǎn)變具有重要意義。當(dāng)前北京軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能層級(jí)缺失,尚未適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有職住空間格局;覆蓋范圍有限、空間形態(tài)不合理,無(wú)法有效引導(dǎo)城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化;市郊線路規(guī)劃為非貫穿式放射形態(tài),遠(yuǎn)期將加劇職住空間失配;融資結(jié)構(gòu)單一,無(wú)法支撐未來(lái)大規(guī)模網(wǎng)絡(luò)化建設(shè)。因此,應(yīng)完善軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能層級(jí)、基于遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃審慎擴(kuò)大網(wǎng)絡(luò)范圍、優(yōu)化市郊線路空間布局、加強(qiáng)新城局域級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及綜合樞紐建設(shè)、實(shí)現(xiàn)多層次融資體系構(gòu)建及物業(yè)聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The development of rail transit network is of great significance to the improvement of professional and residential separation in Beijing and the transformation of urban spatial structure to multicenter. At present, the functional level of Beijing rail transit network is missing, which has not yet adapted to the existing spatial pattern of professional housing, and the coverage is limited and the spatial form is unreasonable, which can not effectively guide the optimization of urban spatial structure. The suburban route planning is non-penetrating radiation form, which will aggravate the mismatch of professional and residential space in the long run, and the financing structure is single, which can not support the large-scale network construction in the future. Therefore, the functional level of rail transit network should be improved, the network scope should be carefully expanded based on long-term planning, the spatial layout of suburban lines should be optimized, and the construction of local level network and integrated hub of new city should be strengthened. Realize the construction of multi-level financing system and joint development of property.
