下小路安丘段改建項目國民經(jīng)濟評價研究

【摘要】:公路建設(shè)對于國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的作用。下小路為濰坊“十縱八橫六連三環(huán)”中的“連三”,是安丘唯一東西向高等級干線公路。本項目(安丘賀戈莊至紅沙溝段)目前為二級公路,于1999年改建,使用年限長,路況差;穿越城區(qū)段,混合交通量大,干擾多,給安丘市區(qū)交通帶來很大壓力,存在嚴(yán)重安全隱患,阻滯了經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康增長,升級改造急需進(jìn)行。本文研究課題來源于對該項目的國民經(jīng)濟效益評價。 本論文共分為5章。第1章主要闡述了論文研究的背景和意義,公路建設(shè)項目國民經(jīng)濟效益評價的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了論文的研究內(nèi)容和方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第2章介紹了項目所在區(qū)域概況及建設(shè)方案,并對項目建設(shè)的必要性做出分析;第3章根據(jù)交通量預(yù)測思路、方法及步驟,進(jìn)行了交通生成預(yù)測,交通分布預(yù)測以及交通分配預(yù)測;第4章根據(jù)國民經(jīng)濟效益評價依據(jù)和方法,結(jié)合項目對經(jīng)濟費用效益進(jìn)行了綜合分析,,并在敏感性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對項目的國民經(jīng)濟效益進(jìn)行全面綜合評價并得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論;第5章就如何提高項目的國民經(jīng)濟效益提出了有針對性的對策及建議。 本論文依托下小路安丘段改建項目,對該項目國民經(jīng)濟評價的方法進(jìn)行了研究,提出了提高該項目國民經(jīng)濟效益的對策及建議,為該項目的決策提供指導(dǎo),為其他類似項目建設(shè)提供方法借鑒。
[Abstract]:Highway construction plays an important role in the development of national economy. The lower road is Weifang "ten vertical, eight horizontal six three rings" in the "Lian three", Anqiu is the only east-west to the high-grade trunk road. The project (Anqiu Hego Zhuang-Hongshagou section) is now a secondary highway which was rebuilt in 1999 with a long service life and poor road conditions; Through the urban section, the mixed traffic volume is large and the interference is much, which brings a lot of pressure to the traffic in Anqiu urban area. There are serious safety hidden dangers, which block the sustained steady and healthy growth of the economy, and the upgrading and transformation urgently need to be carried out. The research topic of this paper comes from the national economic benefit evaluation of this project. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the background and significance of the paper, the domestic and foreign research status of the national economic benefit evaluation of highway construction projects, and puts forward the research contents, methods and innovations of the paper. Chapter 2 introduces the general situation of the area where the project is located and the construction plan, and analyzes the necessity of the construction of the project. In chapter 3, according to the thought, method and steps of traffic volume forecast, traffic generation forecast, traffic distribution forecast and traffic assignment forecast are carried out. In chapter 4, according to the evaluation basis and method of national economic benefit, combined with the project, the economic cost-benefit is comprehensively analyzed, and on the basis of sensitivity analysis, the comprehensive evaluation of the national economic benefit of the project is carried out and the corresponding conclusions are drawn. Chapter 5 puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the national economic benefit of the project. Based on the reconstruction project of Anqiu section of the lower path, this paper studies the method of national economic evaluation of the project, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the national economic benefit of the project, and provides guidance for the decision-making of the project. Provide reference for other similar project construction methods.
