基于粗糙集理論的航空公司社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, such problems as loss of consumers' rights and interests, environmental pollution, hidden dangers of safety and so on occur frequently, which shows the lack and distortion of corporate social responsibility. Airline as an important carrier of national economy, its social responsibility performance status is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Therefore, in order to enhance the consciousness of airline social responsibility and further standardize the behavior of airline social responsibility, it is imperative to construct a set of index system suitable for the evaluation of airline social responsibility. Through combing the evaluation theory of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad, taking stakeholders and triple bottom line as theoretical basis, referring to the international social responsibility initiative and airline social responsibility report, on the basis of identifying airline stakeholders, Based on the properties and operational characteristics of airlines, an evaluation index system of airline social responsibility is established, which includes 5 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes. Finally, by using rough set theory and grey relational analysis, the comprehensive evaluation model of airline social responsibility is constructed, and 10 domestic and foreign airlines are selected as samples to illustrate the comprehensive evaluation model, and the evaluation results are analyzed. And put forward the measures and suggestions to improve the airline's social responsibility ability. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference standard for airlines to improve social responsibility management on the basis of combing and summarizing in this paper.
