基于價(jià)值網(wǎng)的航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:隨著速度經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),航空貨運(yùn)業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展為我國(guó)當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下生產(chǎn)方式的重要支撐,成為關(guān)系著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全以及國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。然而,國(guó)內(nèi)航空貨運(yùn)業(yè)缺少有力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)品牌,各家貨航實(shí)力都很弱小。在航空市場(chǎng)逐漸開(kāi)放的背景下,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)外航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)已經(jīng)紛紛入駐中國(guó)的航空物流市場(chǎng),我國(guó)航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)“路在何方”已經(jīng)成為行業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,挖掘其存在的問(wèn)題,并借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),在價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論的支撐下,設(shè)計(jì)出適合我國(guó)航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式。本文共分五章。第一章主要介紹研究背景和意義,闡述研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法、研究思路以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章闡述本文所應(yīng)用的理論基礎(chǔ),包括價(jià)值理論、商業(yè)模式理論以及航空貨運(yùn)商業(yè)模式的研究成果。第三章,明確航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的內(nèi)涵、分類及特征,對(duì)比分析國(guó)內(nèi)外不同商業(yè)模式的航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,并總結(jié)啟示。第四章,圍繞商業(yè)模式的設(shè)計(jì)要素以及價(jià)值網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)要素,結(jié)合運(yùn)行動(dòng)力機(jī)制和利益分配機(jī)制,構(gòu)建航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)基于價(jià)值網(wǎng)的商業(yè)模式。第五章,以國(guó)貨航為例,通過(guò)分析國(guó)貨航的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,提出適合國(guó)貨航的商業(yè)模式。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of speed economy, the air cargo industry has developed into an important support of the mode of production under the background of contemporary economic globalization in China, and has become a strategic industry which is related to the national economic security and the lifeblood of the national economy. However, the domestic air freight industry lacks a strong leadership brand, each cargo shipping strength is very weak. Under the background of the gradual opening of the aviation market, more and more foreign air transport enterprises have entered the air logistics market in China, and "where to go" has become a key issue in the development of the industry in our country. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the commercial model of air freight enterprises in our country, this paper excavates the existing problems, and draws lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries, and designs a commercial model suitable for the air freight enterprises of our country under the support of the theory of value net. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, expounds the research contents, research methods, research ideas and innovations. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of this paper, including value theory, business model theory and the research results of air cargo business model. The third chapter clarifies the connotation, classification and characteristics of air cargo business model, compares and analyzes the development status and problems of air cargo enterprise with different business models at home and abroad, and summarizes the enlightenment. The fourth chapter, focusing on the design elements of the business model and the structural elements of the value net, combines the operating power mechanism and the benefit distribution mechanism to construct the business model of the air freight enterprise based on the value net. In the fifth chapter, taking China cargo Airlines as an example, through analyzing the current situation and problems of China cargo Airlines, this paper puts forward a business model suitable for China cargo Airlines.
