某空港國際貨運基地作業(yè)能力研究

【摘要】:物流行業(yè)屬于生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè),長期以來,我國物流行業(yè)的運營管理水平發(fā)展較慢,嚴重影響著行業(yè)自身的成長,我國社會物流成本高,服務效率低局面一直得不到有效的解決。物流行業(yè)的水平是有物流網(wǎng)絡中每個環(huán)節(jié)的綜合水平?jīng)Q定,物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點的運營水平是關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。因此我們將研究重點放在物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點中的物流場站上,重點研究物流場站的作業(yè)能力。 作業(yè)能力是一個企業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出水平的重要標志,同時也是企業(yè)安排生產(chǎn)計劃、進行資源管理的重要依據(jù),也決定著企業(yè)未來的投資方向。只有準確的分析企業(yè)現(xiàn)有資源的作業(yè)能力,建立能力數(shù)據(jù)庫,才能科學的安排生產(chǎn)計劃。能力查定是能力優(yōu)化的基礎性工作,是運營管理水平不斷提升的前提條件,能力查定過程就是對企業(yè)運作系統(tǒng)進行全面過程。 本文選取物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點中重要的運作平臺---航空樞紐港貨運基地作為研究對象。采用系統(tǒng)的方法,通過對空港國際貨站的作業(yè)能力進行全方位的查定,以發(fā)現(xiàn)提升作業(yè)能力,提高運作水平的方向。同時也為物流行業(yè)分析作業(yè)能力,不斷優(yōu)化作業(yè)系統(tǒng),探索了一條有效途徑。 本文大量借鑒生產(chǎn)企業(yè)能力查定的方式,通過流程分析,作業(yè)資源的普查、工業(yè)組織分析、作業(yè)研究、時間測量、波動規(guī)律的研究、能力模型的構建及大量的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,對空港運營基地國際庫中的進港業(yè)務和出港業(yè)務做了全面的普查,從微觀作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)入手,通過影響作業(yè)能力的各因素分析,逐步測算每個關鍵作業(yè)的能力,再通過TOC理論的精要,分析系統(tǒng)瓶頸,從而得出系統(tǒng)作業(yè)能力指標和能力提升策略。研究過程是對多種運營管理的工具的集成應用過程。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry belongs to producer service industry. For a long time, the level of operation and management of logistics industry in China has been developing slowly, which seriously affects the growth of the industry itself. The social logistics cost is high and the service efficiency is low in our country. The level of logistics industry is determined by the comprehensive level of each link in the logistics network, and the operation level of the logistics network node is the key link. Therefore, we focus on the logistics station in the logistics network node, and focus on the operational capacity of the logistics station. The ability of operation is an important sign of an enterprise's input-output level. It is also an important basis for enterprises to arrange production plans and manage resources. It also determines the future investment direction of an enterprise. Only by analyzing the operation ability of the enterprise's existing resources accurately and establishing the capability database, can the production plan be arranged scientifically. Capability checking is the basic work of capability optimization and the precondition of continuous improvement of operation management level. The process of capability checking is a comprehensive process of enterprise operation system. In this paper, the important operating platform of logistics network node-aviation hub port cargo base is chosen as the research object. In order to find out the direction of enhancing operation ability and improving operation level, the operation capacity of international cargo terminal of airport is determined by systematic method. At the same time for the logistics industry to analyze the ability to continue to optimize the operation system, explore an effective way. This paper draws lessons from the way of capacity checking of production enterprises, through process analysis, general survey of job resources, industrial organization analysis, activity research, time measurement, fluctuation law research, ability model construction and a lot of data statistics analysis. This paper makes a comprehensive survey of the inbound and outbound operations in the international treasury of the airport operation base. Starting from the micro operation links, and through the analysis of various factors affecting the operation ability, the ability of each key operation is calculated step by step. Then the system bottleneck is analyzed through the TOC theory, and then the operational capability index and the ability enhancement strategy of the system are obtained. The research process is the integrated application process of a variety of operation management tools.
