【摘要】：[目的]空心村的形成和發(fā)展受到眾多因素的影響,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、自然因素、社會(huì)因素、戶籍和社保制度,以及管理和規(guī)劃因素等。由于我國(guó)的自然地理和區(qū)域發(fā)展差異懸殊,不同地形區(qū)空心村發(fā)展的主要影響因素各不相同。文章探究在復(fù)雜地形條件下,交通因素對(duì)丘陵溝壑區(qū)空心村的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的影響。[方法]以陜西省澄城縣為例,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查、走訪農(nóng)戶、搜集資料等方法,利用交通便利指數(shù)、交通距離指數(shù)等開展分析,綜合考慮了道路崎嶇程度、道路質(zhì)量狀況以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等,對(duì)研究區(qū)的農(nóng)村空心化現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了研究。[結(jié)果]崎嶇的道路極大地增加了居民的出行成本和時(shí)間,不利于農(nóng)村的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和發(fā)展;在當(dāng)前的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,黃土丘陵溝壑區(qū)農(nóng)村的交通便利程度與村莊空心化程度呈現(xiàn)一定的負(fù)相關(guān)性,即交通條件越好,村莊的空心化程度越低。[結(jié)論]在黃土丘陵溝壑區(qū)開展空心村整治工程時(shí),可以優(yōu)先考慮交通條件較差、相對(duì)偏遠(yuǎn)的地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:[objective] the formation and development of hollow villages are influenced by many factors, including economic factors, natural factors, social factors, household registration and social security system, and management and planning factors. Because of the great difference of natural geography and regional development in China, the main factors affecting the development of hollow villages in different terrain areas are different. This paper explores the influence of traffic factors on the production and development of hollow villages in hilly and gully areas under complex terrain conditions. [methods] taking Chengcheng County, Shaanxi Province as an example, through field investigation, visiting peasant households, collecting data and using traffic convenience index and traffic distance index to carry out the analysis, the road rugged degree was considered comprehensively. This paper studies the phenomenon of rural hollowness in the study area, such as road quality and economic development level. [results] the rugged road greatly increased the travel cost and time of the residents, which was not conducive to the construction and development of rural infrastructure; Under the current social and economic conditions, there is a negative correlation between the degree of traffic convenience and the degree of village hollowness in the loess hilly and gully region, that is, the better the traffic conditions, the lower the degree of hollowness in the village. [conclusion] in carrying out the hollow village renovation project in the loess hilly and gully region, priority should be given to the relatively remote areas with poor traffic conditions.
