【摘要】：所謂三級(jí)價(jià)格歧視是指企業(yè)和服務(wù)提供者針對(duì)不同市場(chǎng),對(duì)消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行類(lèi)別劃分,進(jìn)而實(shí)行差別定價(jià)的方式。三級(jí)價(jià)格歧視在壟斷市場(chǎng)和寡頭市場(chǎng)比較常見(jiàn),我國(guó)火車(chē)票定價(jià)就存在三級(jí)價(jià)格歧視現(xiàn)象。在對(duì)我國(guó)火車(chē)票定價(jià)三級(jí)價(jià)格歧視現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,指出我國(guó)火車(chē)票實(shí)施價(jià)格歧視有其存在的合理性,合適的價(jià)格歧視政策有助于增加低收入者福利,火車(chē)票價(jià)格歧視政策規(guī)制必須遵循合理原則,最后提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The so-called three-level price discrimination refers to the way that enterprises and service providers classify consumers according to different markets and then carry out differential pricing. Third level price discrimination is common in monopoly market and oligopoly market. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon of three-level price discrimination in train ticket pricing in China, it is pointed out that it is reasonable to carry out price discrimination in train ticket pricing in China, and appropriate price discrimination policy is helpful to increase the welfare of low-income people. The policy regulation of train ticket price discrimination must follow the reasonable principle, and finally, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
