【摘要】：由于受多種因素影響,原油價格波動較大,同時世界原油的存儲量也在逐漸減少,天然氣作為石油的一種替代能源,其地位越來越明顯。因此,天然氣的運輸方式成為天然氣開發(fā)使用領(lǐng)域里的一個重要研究課題。罐式集裝箱作為一種運輸液化天然氣的有效途徑,可以經(jīng)濟、便捷、環(huán)保、安全的運輸天然氣。 本文介紹了公司承擔(dān)液化天然氣罐式集裝箱項目的主要技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)以及項目開發(fā)需要增加的設(shè)備。通過對國內(nèi)市場和國際市場的需求分析,指出了液化天然氣的發(fā)展趨勢及市場前景。詳細(xì)說明了項目組織管理模式、人力資源配置、人員分工、考核激勵機制以及項目的具體實施計劃。通過對項目投產(chǎn)所需的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及配套設(shè)備成本、產(chǎn)品材料制造成本、資金來源與投資回報的研究,分析了此項目進入批量生產(chǎn)后的經(jīng)濟效益。對項目進行了財務(wù)評價,對投產(chǎn)可能面臨的技術(shù)風(fēng)險和市場風(fēng)險進行了分析,并提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險防范與化解對策,確保了項目投產(chǎn)的安全可靠。最后,綜合分析各方面因素,確定了此項目的合理性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of many factors, the price of crude oil fluctuates greatly, and the storage of crude oil in the world is gradually decreasing. As a substitute energy for oil, natural gas is becoming more and more important. Therefore, the mode of transportation of natural gas has become an important research topic in the field of natural gas development and use. Tank container, as an effective way to transport LNG, can transport natural gas economically, conveniently, environmentally and safely. This paper introduces the main technical links of LNG tank container project and the equipment needed for the development of the project. By analyzing the demand of domestic and international markets, the development trend and market prospect of liquefied natural gas (LNG) are pointed out. The project organization and management mode, human resource allocation, division of labor, examination and incentive mechanism and the concrete implementation plan of the project are explained in detail. Based on the research on the cost of infrastructure and supporting equipment, the cost of manufacturing materials, the source of funds and the return on investment of the project, the economic benefits of the project after entering mass production are analyzed. The financial evaluation of the project is carried out, and the technical risk and market risk that the project may face are analyzed, and the corresponding risk prevention and countermeasures are put forward to ensure the safety and reliability of the project. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of this project are determined by comprehensive analysis of various factors.
