【摘要】：正案例從企業(yè)風險管理的角度看,風險文化指企業(yè)的風險管理體系超越了零散、膚淺和繁縟的附加流程,具備了系統(tǒng)性、滲透性和高效性等特征,實現(xiàn)了全員共識和共同行動。Hillton(1997)提出的風險成熟度模型將企業(yè)風險管理水平劃分為幼稚、新手、常規(guī)和自然等四個階段。其中,"自然階段"是一種臻于化境的狀態(tài),其顯著特征就是企業(yè)形成了風險意識文化,能夠調動所有員工主動參與,將風險管理活動貫穿于企業(yè)經營管理的方方面面。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of enterprise risk management, the risk culture means that the risk management system of an enterprise goes beyond the scattered, superficial and elaborate additional processes and has the characteristics of systematization, permeability and efficiency. In this paper, the risk maturity model proposed by. Hillton (1997 is realized, which divides the enterprise risk management level into four stages: infantile, novice, conventional and natural. Among them, the "natural stage" is a state in which the enterprise has formed a culture of risk awareness, which can mobilize all employees to participate actively and run risk management activities through all aspects of enterprise management.
