【摘要】：正案例從企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的角度看,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)文化指企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系超越了零散、膚淺和繁縟的附加流程,具備了系統(tǒng)性、滲透性和高效性等特征,實(shí)現(xiàn)了全員共識(shí)和共同行動(dòng)。Hillton(1997)提出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成熟度模型將企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平劃分為幼稚、新手、常規(guī)和自然等四個(gè)階段。其中,"自然階段"是一種臻于化境的狀態(tài),其顯著特征就是企業(yè)形成了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)文化,能夠調(diào)動(dòng)所有員工主動(dòng)參與,將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理活動(dòng)貫穿于企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的方方面面。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of enterprise risk management, the risk culture means that the risk management system of an enterprise goes beyond the scattered, superficial and elaborate additional processes and has the characteristics of systematization, permeability and efficiency. In this paper, the risk maturity model proposed by. Hillton (1997 is realized, which divides the enterprise risk management level into four stages: infantile, novice, conventional and natural. Among them, the "natural stage" is a state in which the enterprise has formed a culture of risk awareness, which can mobilize all employees to participate actively and run risk management activities through all aspects of enterprise management.
