【摘要】：鑒于港口產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是開放經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支撐和保障,且港口產(chǎn)業(yè)具有對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外雙向的延伸和聚集作用,通過分析港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率對(duì)貿(mào)易利益的增進(jìn)作用,對(duì)于明確港口產(chǎn)業(yè)和開放經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的互推關(guān)系,進(jìn)而獲取更多的貿(mào)易利益具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率的角度出發(fā),采用了定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法,從多個(gè)角度論證了貿(mào)易利益的增進(jìn)機(jī)制,并結(jié)合中國港口的現(xiàn)狀提出了對(duì)策建議。 首先,分析了港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率的內(nèi)涵,并進(jìn)一步將其分解為技術(shù)效率、產(chǎn)出結(jié)構(gòu)效率和投入配置效率三個(gè)層次；組織效率和運(yùn)作效率兩個(gè)方面�；趯�(duì)港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率內(nèi)涵的分析,探討了港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率增進(jìn)貿(mào)易利益的機(jī)理：論證了通過提升港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率,可以有效減少貨物全程運(yùn)輸時(shí)間和降低貨物全程運(yùn)輸成本,從而增強(qiáng)了港口貿(mào)易便利度,提升了港口的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,并在出口激勵(lì)、進(jìn)口壁壘削減及聚集-擴(kuò)散三方面效應(yīng)的作用下實(shí)現(xiàn)貿(mào)易利益的增進(jìn)。 接著,文章通過構(gòu)建反映港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率兩個(gè)方面的指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)六個(gè)國家(地區(qū))的港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率做了估算,并將估算結(jié)果應(yīng)用于引力模型,做了回歸分析,驗(yàn)證了港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率對(duì)貿(mào)易利益的增進(jìn)作用。 最后,本文基于貿(mào)易利益的實(shí)現(xiàn),結(jié)合中國港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的現(xiàn)狀,提出了通過產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合提升中國港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈效率的途徑,具體是通過對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的橫向整合提升港口產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈技術(shù)效率,通過對(duì)群落的調(diào)整提升投入配置效率,通過縱向延伸提升產(chǎn)出結(jié)構(gòu)效率。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the development of port industry is an important support and guarantee for the development of open economy, and the port industry has the function of extending and aggregating both inside and outside, through the analysis of the efficiency of port industry chain to enhance the trade benefit, It is of great practical significance to clarify the relationship between port industry and open economy and gain more trade benefits. From the point of view of the efficiency of port industry chain, this paper adopts the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, demonstrates the mechanism of enhancing trade interests from many angles, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the present situation of Chinese ports. Firstly, it analyzes the connotation of port industry chain efficiency, and further decomposes it into three levels: technical efficiency, output structure efficiency and input allocation efficiency, organizational efficiency and operational efficiency. Based on the analysis of the connotation of port industry chain efficiency, this paper discusses the mechanism of port industry chain efficiency to enhance trade interests: it proves that by improving port industry chain efficiency, the whole cargo transportation time and cost can be effectively reduced. Thus it enhances the port trade convenience, enhances the port location superiority, and realizes the trade benefit enhancement under the influence of export incentive, import barrier reduction and agglomeration-diffusion effect. Then, by constructing the index system which reflects the efficiency of port industry chain, the paper estimates the efficiency of port industry chain in six countries (regions), and applies the result to gravity model and makes regression analysis. The effect of efficiency of port industry chain on trade benefit is verified. Finally, based on the realization of trade interests and the current situation of China's port industry chain, this paper puts forward a way to improve the efficiency of China's port industry chain through the integration of industrial chain. Specifically, through the horizontal integration of the industrial chain to enhance the technical efficiency of the port industrial chain, through the adjustment of the community to enhance the efficiency of input allocation, through vertical extension to enhance the efficiency of output structure.
