【摘要】：運(yùn)輸企業(yè)是提供運(yùn)輸服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)，，在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生活中充當(dāng)著重要角色。在信息技術(shù)普及化、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放擴(kuò)大化的環(huán)境下，市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻M織間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。運(yùn)輸企業(yè)要想獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，就必須與供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)相關(guān)企業(yè)建立緊密的信任型協(xié)作關(guān)系，共享資源，共擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和共同獲利，從而提升自身的市場(chǎng)反應(yīng)能力和抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、理論分析法、比較研究法以及組織間關(guān)系、博弈論，分析了運(yùn)輸企業(yè)與相關(guān)企業(yè)建立協(xié)作關(guān)系的必要性，得出構(gòu)建運(yùn)輸企業(yè)與相關(guān)企業(yè)協(xié)作關(guān)系的原因是為了消除運(yùn)輸需求的不確定性，規(guī)避信息風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，規(guī)避專用性資產(chǎn)投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，降低運(yùn)輸企業(yè)運(yùn)作成本，縮短服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間，提升運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平。在契約型交易關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)上，將協(xié)作關(guān)系分為了解型合作關(guān)系與信任型協(xié)作關(guān)系。通過(guò)以囚徒困境為基礎(chǔ)的重復(fù)合作博弈，分析了運(yùn)輸企業(yè)與相關(guān)企業(yè)建立的協(xié)作關(guān)系機(jī)理，指出協(xié)作關(guān)系的最佳模式是信任型協(xié)作關(guān)系。在分析協(xié)作關(guān)系建立的動(dòng)因以及協(xié)作關(guān)系機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了核心能力、信任、信息共享、可靠性依賴以及第三方認(rèn)證五個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)輸企業(yè)與相關(guān)企業(yè)建立協(xié)作關(guān)系的途徑，同時(shí)提出了機(jī)會(huì)主義防范機(jī)制等防止或消除協(xié)作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施。最后，結(jié)合西安市運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，實(shí)地調(diào)研50家運(yùn)輸企業(yè)，運(yùn)用SPSS18.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件，對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析，得出信任對(duì)運(yùn)輸企業(yè)與相關(guān)企業(yè)協(xié)作關(guān)系的建立發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵的影響作用，溝通、承諾、依賴和信息因素的影響一般，但不代表在建立協(xié)作關(guān)系時(shí)可以忽視。
[Abstract]:Transportation enterprise is the enterprise that provides transportation service products, which plays an important role in modern economic and social life. In the environment of the popularization of information technology, the integration of global economy and the expansion of market opening, market competition is transformed into inter-organization competition. In order to gain the competitive advantage, transportation enterprises must establish close trust cooperation relationship with related enterprises in the supply chain, share resources, share risks and profits, so as to enhance their market reaction ability and the ability to resist risks. In this paper, the necessity of establishing cooperative relationship between transportation enterprises and related enterprises is analyzed by using literature method, theoretical analysis method, comparative research method, inter-organizational relationship and game theory. In order to eliminate the uncertainty of transportation demand, avoid the information risk, avoid the investment risk of special assets, reduce the operating cost of transportation enterprises and shorten the service response time, the paper draws the conclusion that the cooperative relationship between transportation enterprises and related enterprises is due to the uncertainty of transportation demand. Improve the level of transport services. On the basis of the contractual transaction relationship, the cooperative relationship is divided into the understanding cooperative relationship and the trust cooperative relationship. Through repeated cooperative game based on prisoner's dilemma, this paper analyzes the mechanism of cooperative relationship between transportation enterprises and related enterprises, and points out that the best mode of cooperative relationship is trust cooperative relationship. Based on the analysis of the motivation and the mechanism of the cooperative relationship, the paper puts forward five ways to realize the cooperative relationship between the transportation enterprises and the related enterprises, such as core competence, trust, information sharing, reliability dependence and third party certification. At the same time, the paper puts forward some measures to prevent or eliminate the cooperative risk, such as opportunism prevention mechanism. Finally, combined with the actual situation of transportation enterprises in Xi'an, 50 transportation enterprises were investigated on the spot, and the questionnaire data were analyzed by using SPSS18.0 statistical software. It is concluded that trust plays a key role in the establishment of cooperative relationship between transportation enterprises and related enterprises. The influence of communication commitment dependence and information factors is general but it does not mean that it can be ignored in the establishment of cooperative relationship.
