【摘要】：古往今來,每個人都離不開衣食住行。這四項活動反映了最基本的民生問題,也無一例外地昭示著社會經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展。現(xiàn)代的“行”直接體現(xiàn)在交通方面。隨著我國城市化進程的不斷加快,農(nóng)村人口的不斷涌入,城市居民生活水平的普遍提高,城市交通擁堵問題日益凸顯出來。現(xiàn)如今,以北京、上海等經(jīng)濟商業(yè)匯集的城市為首,城市交通擁堵的問題已經(jīng)逐漸在國內(nèi)顯示出普遍化。交通的目的是便捷,如何形成科學、合理、便捷的交通體系,已經(jīng)成為眾多城市發(fā)展不容忽視的難題。 福州市作為海峽西岸經(jīng)濟區(qū)的核心城市,也存在交通擁堵問題。為謀求更好更快的發(fā)展,福州市近些年來在各個方面都嘗試做出改革,交通擁堵問題不僅影響了城市居民的生活秩序,也給城市政治經(jīng)濟文化的發(fā)展帶來危害,阻礙了城市前進的步伐,因此,解決福州市城區(qū)交通擁堵問題刻不容緩。 本文立足于福州市城區(qū)交通擁堵問題的視角,對治理交通擁堵問題的主要理論進行了梳理,在全面深入分析福州市交通擁堵問題產(chǎn)生的原因基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合福州市的實際市情,以可行性分析為前提,提出了一系列解決福州市城區(qū)交通擁堵問題的措施和對策,希望能為治理福州市交通擁堵問題提供一定的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:From the past to the present, everyone is inseparable from food, clothing, housing and transportation. These four activities reflect the most basic livelihood issues, without exception, the rapid development of social economy. Modern "travel" is directly reflected in the traffic. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the continuous influx of rural population, the general improvement of living standards of urban residents, urban traffic congestion has become increasingly prominent. Now, with Beijing, Shanghai and other economic and commercial convergence of cities, urban traffic congestion has gradually shown widespread in the domestic. The purpose of traffic is convenient. How to form a scientific, reasonable and convenient traffic system has become a difficult problem that can not be ignored in the development of many cities. Fuzhou, as the core city of the economic zone on the west side of the strait, also has the problem of traffic jam. In order to achieve better and faster development, Fuzhou has tried to make reforms in various aspects in recent years. Traffic congestion not only affects the living order of urban residents, but also harms the development of city politics, economy and culture. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem of traffic congestion in Fuzhou City. Based on the perspective of traffic congestion problem in Fuzhou city, this paper combs the main theories of traffic congestion problem, analyzes the causes of traffic congestion problem in Fuzhou City, and combines the actual market situation of Fuzhou City, on the basis of comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the causes of traffic congestion problem in Fuzhou City. On the premise of feasibility analysis, this paper puts forward a series of measures and countermeasures to solve traffic congestion problem in Fuzhou city, hoping to provide some reference and reference for solving traffic congestion problem in Fuzhou city.
