【摘要】：隨著世界的發(fā)展變化,競爭加劇,產(chǎn)品生命周期的縮短以及全球經(jīng)濟一體化的加強,企業(yè)的成功不再歸功于短暫的或偶然的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或靈機一動的市場戰(zhàn)略,而是企業(yè)競爭力的外在表現(xiàn),因此,提高企業(yè)競爭力已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。 隨著我國汽車市場的蓬勃發(fā)展,汽車產(chǎn)銷量逐年提高,整車物流已經(jīng)成為了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在整車物流環(huán)節(jié)中,滾裝運輸方式逐漸被國內(nèi)外汽車廠商所認(rèn)可并采用,隨著滾裝運輸方式的普及,滾裝碼頭的作用和地位開始凸顯,隨之而來的是越來越多的口岸開始投入建設(shè)滾裝碼頭以及現(xiàn)有專業(yè)滾裝碼頭專業(yè)化程度不斷提高。天津港滾裝碼頭作為國內(nèi)最早一批專業(yè)滾裝碼頭,開始面臨周邊口岸新興滾裝碼頭、其他專業(yè)滾裝碼頭的威脅,業(yè)務(wù)量增幅出現(xiàn)下滑,部分品牌出現(xiàn)流失。 本文力圖通過自我剖析,找出天津港滾裝碼頭的競爭力,通過評價找出其優(yōu)劣勢以及當(dāng)前發(fā)揮作用情況,再找出影響天津港滾裝碼頭競爭力的劣勢,通過提出對策,減少劣勢產(chǎn)生的影響,發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢構(gòu)建天津港滾裝碼頭競爭力,使之獲得更長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the world evolves, competition intensifies, product life cycles shorten, and global economic integration increases, the success of enterprises no longer owes their success to temporary or accidental product development or brainstorming market strategies. But the external performance of enterprise competitiveness, therefore, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has been imminent. With the vigorous development of the automobile market in our country, the automobile production and sales increase year by year, the whole vehicle logistics has already become the important link of the automobile industry chain. In the whole vehicle logistics link, the method of ro / ro transportation has gradually been recognized and adopted by domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers. With the popularization of ro / ro transport mode, the role and status of ro / ro wharf has begun to become prominent Then more and more ports begin to build ro-ro wharf and the specialization of the existing professional ro-ro wharf is improved continuously. As the earliest professional ro-ro wharf in China, Tianjin Port Ro-ro Wharf begins to face the emerging ro-ro wharf around the port, other professional ro-ro wharf threats, the increase in business volume has declined, and some brands have been lost. Through self-analysis, this paper tries to find out the competitiveness of the Ro-ro Wharf of Tianjin Port, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the Ro-ro Wharf of Tianjin Port through evaluation, and then find out the disadvantages that affect the competitiveness of the Ro-ro Wharf of Tianjin Port, and put forward some countermeasures. Reduce the influence of inferiority, give play to the advantages of Tianjin port ro-ro terminal competitiveness, make it obtain a longer-term development.
