【摘要】：信息技術(shù)正在改變著傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,已經(jīng)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要推動(dòng)力之一,隨著高鐵等運(yùn)輸方式的迅猛崛起,對(duì)航空業(yè)的客源造成了一定沖擊,機(jī)場(chǎng)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力也逐漸加劇,提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為大連機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,信息化建設(shè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的有效途徑。 本篇論文從信息以及企業(yè)信息化的含義談起,闡述了信息化建設(shè)對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要意義,從航空市場(chǎng)、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、國(guó)家政策及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手等四個(gè)方面研究了大連機(jī)場(chǎng)面臨的外部環(huán)境,引出了大連機(jī)場(chǎng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,指出了大連機(jī)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)階段信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題。隨著旅客吞吐量的不斷增加,現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)日趨飽和,已經(jīng)逐漸不能滿足大連機(jī)場(chǎng)信息化發(fā)展需要,同時(shí)一些經(jīng)營(yíng)管理功能亟待拓展。通過(guò)收集相關(guān)信息化建設(shè)資料,采取理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)大連機(jī)場(chǎng)信息化建設(shè)需求分析做了深入的調(diào)查研究。本文著重在第三章闡述了大連機(jī)場(chǎng)信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)思想、構(gòu)建原則及建設(shè)目標(biāo),為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及具體實(shí)施工作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。按照信息化建設(shè)總體規(guī)劃,在第四章中進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)框架設(shè)計(jì),以辦公網(wǎng)、貴賓結(jié)算系統(tǒng)、行李再確認(rèn)系統(tǒng)、航班信息綜合處理及系統(tǒng)決策系統(tǒng)為例,著重從MIS系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理平臺(tái)、生產(chǎn)調(diào)度平臺(tái)、客戶管理平臺(tái)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)及綜合處理和決策平臺(tái)等六方面闡述了子系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)內(nèi)容。為確保大連機(jī)場(chǎng)信息化建設(shè)的成功實(shí)施,第五章具體分析了信息化建設(shè)應(yīng)該具備的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信息資源、自主創(chuàng)新及信息人才隊(duì)伍等保障條件,并探討了如何規(guī)避在信息化建設(shè)過(guò)程中可能遇到的管理、實(shí)施、安全領(lǐng)域的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),希望能對(duì)大連機(jī)場(chǎng)的信息化建設(shè)供參考建議。
[Abstract]:Information technology is changing the traditional mode of production and operation, and has become one of the main driving forces of economic growth. With the rapid rise of high-speed rail and other transportation modes, it has caused a certain impact on the source of passengers in the aviation industry. The competitive pressure between airports is also gradually intensified, and improving the competitiveness of enterprises has become the top priority of Dalian airport development. Information construction is an effective way to achieve this goal. This paper starts with the meaning of information and enterprise informatization, and expounds the significance of informatization construction to the development of enterprises, from the aviation market, location advantage, This paper studies the external environment of Dalian Airport from four aspects, such as national policy and competitors, and points out the present situation and problems of Dalian Airport's information construction. With the continuous increase of passenger throughput, the existing production application system is becoming more and more saturated, which can not meet the needs of Dalian Airport information development, and some management functions need to be expanded. Through collecting relevant information construction data, this paper makes an in-depth investigation and research on the demand analysis of Dalian airport informatization construction by combining theoretical research with empirical research. In the third chapter, the guiding ideology, construction principle and construction goal of Dalian airport information construction planning are expounded, which lays a solid foundation for the system design and concrete implementation. According to the overall plan of information construction, the system framework is designed in Chapter 4. Taking the office network, VIP settlement system, baggage reconfirmation system, flight information comprehensive processing and system decision system as examples, the paper focuses on the MIS system. The construction contents of the subsystem are described in six aspects, such as management platform, production scheduling platform, customer management platform, network platform and integrated processing and decision platform. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the information construction of Dalian Airport, the fifth chapter concretely analyzes the basic facilities, information network, information resources, independent innovation and information talents that should be possessed in the information construction. The paper also discusses how to avoid the risks in the field of management, implementation and security in the process of information construction, hoping to provide reference for the information construction of Dalian Airport.
