DG項(xiàng)目中施工方薪酬管理體系研究
[Abstract]:The objective existence of many characteristics, such as large scale of bridge construction project, many kinds of professional technology, frequent intersecting operation, meticulous working procedure, complex construction organization and so on, makes the bridge construction project pay special attention to team cooperation. And focus on the two-way responsibility of teamwork. The staff of the bridge construction enterprise come from all sides, and the quality and level of the personnel are quite different, especially in the aspects of salary management and performance management, which are different from other industries. This brings forward some new problems to the project management of bridge construction enterprises. The salary management system is included in the human resource management in the traditional engineering project management, and it has the same meaning with other management such as procurement management. But in modern times, people pay more and more attention to it, because its function is more and more prominent. It is not only directly related to the quality and progress of the project, but also directly related to the project objectives can be successfully achieved. Some people say that the importance of salary management is no less important than cost, time and progress. It motivates staff, motivates them to work, because they are more concerned about their pay, and the level of their pay, and if the pay level is low in other companies of the same size, they can be negative. Therefore, the establishment and research of salary management system is imperative. If the construction company wants to develop continuously and steadily, it must try its best to stimulate the vitality of the project department, arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, and set up an appropriate and reasonable salary management system. In this paper, the compensation system of the construction side in Donggang New Town Bridge Project is analyzed and studied in detail, and through a large number of literature reading and previous questionnaire research results, The problems and reasons of the salary management system in the bridge project are summarized, and a set of appropriate, accurate and suitable salary management system for the bridge project is established. The system is simulated and evaluated, and good results are obtained. Finally, the paper puts forward some safeguard measures for the implementation of the system, which is of practical significance.
